I asked for a full service oil change and they acted like they never heard of such a thing. I think they did change my oil, although I can't be sure. The attendant mumbled and I had to ask him to repeat things to me several times. One would think that if a person is told the customer cannot hear them they would turn toward the customer and speak clearily. The worst thing was I asked them specifically to check my tires. They didn't do it. I looked and the tire I thought was low was still low, when I checked it it was around 15 PSI. Awful. I dont feel like there are any good places anymore. $75 and now I have to go check everything myself after all. Service sucks.

He removed the front tires to show that the pads were not at the 3mm mark, as was indicated by the Jiffy Lube personnel. The amount of brake pads left on my car was indistinguishable from the new brake pads I bought. My rotors were also not in need of replacement. I phoned the store manager and shared my findings with him. He asked if I could wait while he talked to the person who originally inspected my brakes. He apologized and said that it was "an honest mistake". I suggested that maybe they put someone else's information into my file, but he did not think that was the case. I don't see how this is an "honest mistake". Until this incident, I was a contented Jiffy Lube customer. Now, I will have to find yet another service center for the recommended maintenance for my car. I do have a comparison photo of the old/new brake pads. See saved photos.

The gentleman working there helped me set up my schedule to where there were the least about of wait time and I was in and out within the hour. Not only did I get the rotation, but I was given free inspections on my TPMS sensors, thread life update, and brake/pad checks. Definitely will continue coming back here for my tire maintenance because this location has one of the best professionals in the industry working here. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I took my Audi here for a tire patch, just a simple 20 dollar plug for my tire, because Audi told…read moreme I had a nail in the tire and a slow leak. They took the tire off and told me I didn't have a puncture and the screw didn't go through the tire (which is probably why I didn't notice any issues). After discussion they told me I didn't the patch and there was NO DAMAGE to my tire! They put it back on and I drove away. Within 5 mins of being on the interstate the tire sensor warning came on, and my car started to pull to the right. When I was able to safely pull over, my tire was FLAT and I could hear the air shooting out. I had to put a spare on on the side of the road (I am a 5'2" 140 lb woman). When I contacted Mavis and brought it into another Mavis (same day) I was informed that not only was there a puncture IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE so it wasn't a new puncture, but the inside wall was also damaged and I need a new tire. This went from a 22 dollar issue to a 200 dollar issue. Not to mention, the tire that was damaged also came from Mavis not even a year prior. I AM LIVID, literally in tears and was left stranded unless I bought a new tire. They refused to comp the tire, I had to purchase a new tire. I loathe these people! I will NEVER go back to another Mavis, EVER!!!!!! I WILL be filing a small claims case for the cost of the tire, it's not about the money, it's the audacity! Lesson learned, beware!

Got in a heated argument with manager and was told to take them to small claims court. Out of $2400 with a truck still messed up. They claimed wrong spark plugs were installed (they weren't) and changed them anyway and it's still messed up sooo doesn't make any sense. Then claimed it was transmission. The vehicle has a new transmission and took it back to where it was put in. They verified it was in fact not a transmission issue. They are incompetent. Couldn't even tighten clamps

We have a guy that works on BMWs." with more reassurance we bring them my X5 that we had just driven on a 1500 mile trip. Lie 2: "Your previous service tech stripped your oil pan plug" ( not possible since we had no issues driving it across country.) HUGE oil leak following the service. We call, their "Solution"? New oil pan needed. What? There was no oil in the vehicle a few days after they service it, so we had it TOWED to a certified BMW service dept ( the only places it has ever been before) and the damage done by Express Oil Change was so extensive ( they do not have the tools to work on BMW or the knowledge, so cracked oil pan and more..yes we saw this firsthand). Our bill was close to 5,000. and of course we are out the money charged by Express as well. Had we not seen the leak, the engine would have been done for! Bottom line.. How you do anything is how you do everything... Lies to get a customer in, only built on more lies. No integrity. I would not take any make of car to these people.
