Last summer the A/C on my 2019 Silverado was giving me issues. The dealer wanted to replace a…read morebaffle which would have required taking the dash board apart and the estimate was $2500. So I brought it to Aiken's Finest and they said the A/C seemed to be blowing cold and so they didn't touch it, didn't charge me, and remarkably, it has been working fine ever since. I brought the Silverado in for an oil change last week. Left it the night before my appointment and dropped the keys in the night lock box. My truck was ready promptly the next morning. No big deal. BUT, here's the thing. The plastic bumper on the front driver's side had been hanging loose from hitting a curb for like two years. THEY FIXED IT! Didn't charge me, and didn't even mention it. My wife noticed it the day after the appointment. In a world where trust is tough to come by, especially in the world of auto repair, these guys are trustworthy. I'm a customer for life.

Chris and his team went above and beyond: they fixed my car, ensuring I was mobile, and even test-drove it to guarantee my safety for the drive home for the Holiday. They maintained communication throughout the entire process and delivered the most genuine customer service I have experienced. I wholeheartedly trust and highly recommend this team as a reliable mechanic, especially for Subaru owners. Their work is done with integrity, honesty, and affordability.

I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The person who arrived checked the alternator, etc. replaced the battery. It was easy-peasy and a huge relief. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

All mechanics had told me it was the transmission and I believed them based on the problems that were occurring. Not one mechanic did a test drive! Mr. Stroman's first response to me was to describe the symptoms then he did a test drive. I could determine from his responses and conversation that he was the one who would repair my car. I DO NOT TRUST just anyone to even touch my car!! He told me what the problem was, asked when I could leave it and had it ready within the time he quoted. He was honest, well-versed on the issue and reliable. He explained symptoms and what needed to be done and was a man of his word. He also kept me aware of fixtures as they occurred. I would advise anyone who thinks they have transmission issues to use this establishment. Finally, since the repair, my fuel usage has diminished greatly. I cannot say enough good things about Bell's Transmission.
