I brought the Silverado in for an oil change last week. Left it the night before my appointment and dropped the keys in the night lock box. My truck was ready promptly the next morning. No big deal. BUT, here's the thing. The plastic bumper on the front driver's side had been hanging loose from hitting a curb for like two years. THEY FIXED IT! Didn't charge me, and didn't even mention it. My wife noticed it the day after the appointment. In a world where trust is tough to come by, especially in the world of auto repair, these guys are trustworthy. I'm a customer for life.

I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half. The person who arrived checked the alternator, etc. replaced the battery. It was easy-peasy and a huge relief. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.
