Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. I will definitely be working with them again, post pollen season, I'm sure. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience and quality work at a fair price.

This is a used car I just purchased, and the seats are a material (I call it honeycomb) that is not easy to clean. Ground-in dirt on all the seats, plus a few stains. Now, they look like brand new. This could not have been easy, but Tony, aka, Superman, did a great job! They even use my favorite high quality brand of wax. Beware: do not go to the address listed on Google on Belair Frontage Road. Southern Detail is located on Damascus Road. It's very convenient if you work on Fort Gordon and exit through Gate 1. When you call to make you appointment, ask Mike for the correct address. I know I will be a return customer.

From start to finish, he provided exceptional service. He communicated professionally, arrived on time, and even gave me a heads-up before showing up, which was much appreciated. What really stood out was the care he took with my truck. I inherited this truck after my father passed away, so it means a lot to me to keep it clean and looking nice. He did his best to make my dad's old truck look as good as new, and he really took his time with every detail. There was no rushing or cutting corners--he was thorough and thoughtful, treating the truck with the same care I would. There were no hidden costs or surprise fees either--what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. It's refreshing to deal with a business that's upfront and honest. I can't recommend Spotless Masters enough. If you're looking for a professional detailer who takes pride in his work and cares about your vehicle, this is your guy. I would recommend him 1000 percent and will definitely be a returning customer!

I tried some products from Chemical guys (ceramic coatings and waxes) which barely helped. After some more research it was suggested I get it ceramic coated by a professional company. I called around and spoke to a few companies and discovered Shineology and the owner - Preston. Preston has been in the car industry for a long time and knew exactly what he was talking about. I was still a little skeptical about this whole ceramic coating process but decided to give it a try. WOW was I impressed when I got my car back. We are more than a week out and she is still clean and super shiny! Love it! I'm so glad I had this done - the protection is supported to last approx 5 years, protects from UV, makes paint more scratch resistant and it will be easier to wash moving forward. Ceramic coating isn't like waxing and I will definitely keep this up moving forward with all of our cars. Shineology also offers routine detailing, paint corrections/paint enhancement/swirl removing/getting cars ready for car shows and regular express care. They were very flexible with my schedule and I appreciate that!

ZERO stars would frankly be more appropriate…read more While the wash itself does a decent job, as pointed out in a prior review, support and corporate management are dismally incompetent at best. For nearly SIX month now, I have had billing issues with our account; yet multiple calls to corporate, several visits to the Evans location to meet with a manager, which inconveniently is NOT available late in the day when I typically wash cars, have NOT resolved the issue which basically involves being billed on a recurring monthly basis for stickers that mysteriously get deactivated in their system. Net, net: I keep paying for inactive stickers that I can't wash with, yet I am being billed. The inability to resolve this issue is baffling! Ironically, when I pointed out to an employee this evening during my latest attempt to resolve the issue how poorly Tidal Wave is handling this problem, he was quick to exclaim that even though he works for Tidal Wave, he TOO thinks the company is TERRIBLE.
