Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. We come back the car is ready. The first thing we notice is the tires are shiny and the car looks like it was well taken care of. We get it in the vehicle and the smell is still there along with chunks of vomit (mind yall we cleaned almost everything before coming, it's not like we showed up and there was legit vomit everywhere). All we wanted was a thorough cleaning that includes enzyme and odor remover. We did not receive the service as promised. If time wasn't a factor we would've asked for a refund but it just wasn't in the cards for us. Unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews prior before saying yes to this company.
