Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. I will definitely be working with them again, post pollen season, I'm sure. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience and quality work at a fair price.

BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. Went in on Sunday around midday. My husband and I were looking to get…read moreonly the passenger side cleaned because there was a throw up incident the previous day. We pull up and nobody comes to greet us (one of the workers who wasn't doing anything just stared at us while pressure washing the soap off the ground) then we get out the car and walk up to their little waiting area. We're finally stopped by who seems like the owner or big boss. We tell him what we need and he charges us $75 ($95 with tip) for interior and exterior on the passenger side only and delegated the work to the same worker who wasn't doing anything. We wait in the waiting room while he's cleaning the exterior first. We decide we wanted to walk to a little farmers market and the coffee shop nearby while we wait. We were gone for about an hour. We come back the car is ready. The first thing we notice is the tires are shiny and the car looks like it was well taken care of. We get it in the vehicle and the smell is still there along with chunks of vomit (mind yall we cleaned almost everything before coming, it's not like we showed up and there was legit vomit everywhere). All we wanted was a thorough cleaning that includes enzyme and odor remover. We did not receive the service as promised. If time wasn't a factor we would've asked for a refund but it just wasn't in the cards for us. Unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews prior before saying yes to this company. The bad ones are true! The worst part was the big boss was still cleaning the same car that arrived before us so we knew it was a low quality issue from his worker. Maybe if he did it himself, the car would've actually been clean but who knows! But I can't recommend this company.

I don't typically leave reviews on Yelp unless the service was either amazing or terrible, but in…read morethis case, Spotless Masters definitely earned a glowing review. From start to finish, he provided exceptional service. He communicated professionally, arrived on time, and even gave me a heads-up before showing up, which was much appreciated. What really stood out was the care he took with my truck. I inherited this truck after my father passed away, so it means a lot to me to keep it clean and looking nice. He did his best to make my dad's old truck look as good as new, and he really took his time with every detail. There was no rushing or cutting corners--he was thorough and thoughtful, treating the truck with the same care I would. There were no hidden costs or surprise fees either--what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. It's refreshing to deal with a business that's upfront and honest. I can't recommend Spotless Masters enough. If you're looking for a professional detailer who takes pride in his work and cares about your vehicle, this is your guy. I would recommend him 1000 percent and will definitely be a returning customer!
