I had my oil changed at this location a couple of days ago, and I did- not recognize any of the faces. It appeared to have all new employees. I am used to my oil life being reset and the staff replacing my window decal...none of that occured. I waited for them to do the aforementioned but the next thing I knew they said have a good day. I love these guys (and gals)! They're always quick, kind, and courteous. So personable. They do everything in a, dare I say, "jiffy" and they do it well. I typically come in for a signature oil change & just recently they noticed my power steering belt was very much past due on being changed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst oil change ever. What should have taken a few minutes took over an hour to do! My card wouldn't work and they blamed it on me, and I even had someone else with me try their card and they still blamed us. They made us leave and get cash, and when we came back the suddenly announced that it was their fault and their machine wasn't working. The made us park in the spot and wait for them to come and help us but they let us sit for over 15 minutes. Will never go there again, and I don't recommend anyone else. Very vast, very friendly service. When I called to inquire about the price, they answered the phone and my questions quickly and accurately. They informed me it takes around 8 minutes per car, so if you pull in and there's a line you can figure out your wait. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes, very painless oil change. Very fast and professional. Just know that every time you go to any jiffy lube they will ask you if you want to get your air filters replaced, which you probably don't need to do most of the time, and can do yourself for a quarter of the cost ($20 for 1 air filter replacement). But this is one of the best jiffy lubes I have ever been to. I've been twice and was pleased both times. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I go in for an oil change and the idiot rips the valve stem out of my 2 month old tire!! Then wants to throw my tire in the back of his truck until the end of the day to take it and get it fixed!!! NO! Not going to work! I had to make him follow me to the tire shop to get it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE! Sent my son to get an oil change on his truck at Jiffy Lube in North Augusta SC and it was supposed to be between $20 and $30 for a 5qt oil change according to a quote given to me by Adam the manager over the phone a week prior. My son walks in and the crew is lounging around on the office floor and he tells them he needs an oil change. The technician says sure pull it on in. Of course seeing a 16 yearold kid they pounce on their prey and start pushing tons of add ons to him. Suddenly an oil change is a Signature Oil Change.....and now they want to replace his headlights(thankfully he said no)......oh yeah and they want to replace the air filter (that was replaced less than a 1000 miles ago). And to put the icing on the friggin' cake they never not once gave him a price until after they finished. This is the worst form predatory salesmanship when you prey on an adolescent that works his butt off on top of going to school. To be robbed by some sneak thief at Jiffy Lube that is more concerned about his bottom line than he is about doing the right thing. Shame on Jiffy Lube on Martintown Rd in North Augusta South Carolina for the way they make profit through shady and manipulative tactics. might not get our money back but Jiffy Lube will never get another damn cent of our money. read more

Please don't go into this Jiffy Lube if you expect them to be helpful and nice. I have had my vehicle for 11 years and I know it very well. When I asked them to check the tire pressure in my spare tire (because it sometimes turns on the low tire pressure alarm) they informed me that they couldn't get to it. First, they didn't even bother looking (I had a clear view of my vehicle the entire time); second, they have been able to check it every other time I have been in for service. When I asked again, I was met with very bad attitudes and complaints of being short handed. At the time there was one other customer and four employees. I won't be returning to this Jiffy Lube. read more
