They also turn rotors, which I believe they are the only parts store that does it anymore. The two main issues I have is the web page is a little clunky to use and their customer's perks is not as good as their competitors which is the reason I only come to o'reilly's for the hard to find stuff.

My boyfriend then returned to this hardware store with the unused item and the original receipt simply to request a refund. Instead of trying to help or handling the situation professionally, the owner refused the refund and proceeded to use profanity toward my boyfriend. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand that the wrong item being sold can happen. What was most upsetting was the way we were treated afterward. There is never a good reason to curse at a customer who is calmly trying to resolve an issue. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the products a business sells. Based on our experience, we won't be returning and cannot recommend this store.

When I tried to return it in Waynesboro, they pointed out to me that the battery was 2 years old. When I called the Augusta shop they claimed they had no record of my sale and unless I could find my receipt there was nothing they could do. Now I'm out $200 on a battery that didn't even last me 8 weeks because when I exchanged it at the Augusta store they exchanged for a battery sitting in their stockroom that was 2 years old.
