They also turn rotors, which I believe they are the only parts store that does it anymore. Three employees that look like management were all helping someone in the back. This left one employee managing the store. I dropped of an LS engine to have it cleaned, checked over, and lower end assembled. 3 weeks go by…read moreand i dont hear anything. I was being patient. I finally decide to call and they tell me the pistons i brought need to be replaced. I would have gladly bought new pistons if i would have known but noone called. The man on the phone says "i dont know who you talked to but we dont install used parts". I reply "i talked to you and you could have told me that when i dropped everything off". When i get there nothing is ready. Crank is not installed, no piston rings, no rod bearings, no main bearings. They cleaned my parts ground my valve seats and diddnt put anything together. I got boxes of loose engine parts and they charged me $663!! Are you kidding me? What kind of mickey mouse operation gives you a dixie cup with your valve keepers upside down in a box of loose parts??
