I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique Is sick! The price might be right, but the service is terrible!

He was friendly and able to give me a ballpark estimate, but didn't promise anything until inspecting the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle, he was able to diagnose the problem and then ordered the correct part. No pushy up-selling or scare tactics either. Before I knew it, my car was repaired and I was ready to get back on the road and back to work. I felt that I also paid a more than fair price for the repairs as well. Hands down I'd recommend Mike for any repairs that you may need for your vehicle. I'll make sure I call him first before considering elsewhere.

While there, i wanted an oil change too. I had an 11am appointment scheduled. They kept my car "all day"and after not hearing from the shop at ~3pm, I called the shop for an update? I was then told at 3pm that my car was "next to be pulled in" (I had an 11am appointment), so to hear that my car was next at "3pm" was a little concerning.....fast forward to 5pm/closing time and I get to the shop to settle up. I pay nearly $800 for bulbs to replaced along with the oil change.....jump in my car to leave and low and behold, the right lamp fault is still there on the dash (why i brought the car in the first place). This is when they tell me as they are closing that the fault wont clear because i need new headlight assemblies for the car?? No one called to give me an update along the way and I get the "we just took your car down off the lift along with we are short a technician" today....excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction...have brought my car in for service on multiple times...time before being a ~$5k job worth of work. Very discouraging to fork over nearly $800 for bulbs and oil change and get a rushed job at closing and excuses. Don't mind paying for quality work but don't insult a customer's intelligence with guesswork and no communication. Also, was given an "updated" receipt of service after the tech went back an added in the comments why the fault light wouldn't clear and the need for new headlight assemblies. This information was not in the original receipt when I paid for service and was headed out before I caught the fault code still illuminated on the dash.

I canceled my other appointment, I showed up Monday only to be told that they couldn't do it and don't know when it could be done by. Even better I ended up with a screw in my tire from going over there, now I have to get my brakes/rotors done AND now my tires fixed... I left this shop with more work needed than I went in for... Don't tell me you can do something then make up excuses when I show up. YOU told me to be there, I showed up and YOU failed.

On my way home with my car it stated breaking down they fixed the fuel pump which went bad, but they damaged the drive shaft & transmission mount. Granted they fixed the problem, but they also caused two other problems with their repairs. They didn't have the parts or knowledge to work on my kind of car. I called them on my way home & they said to bring it back. At that time I was two hours away. They said to let them know what my mechanic said was wrong with it. I called them to let them know the issue & they never returned my call or offered me any money back. Lesson learned not to just trust anyone with your car especially if it breaks down out of town.

Had a truck driver wreck out around 5am. These criminals "rescued" the truck and trailer from its…read moreside but as it was going back to their yard, their tow truck fell apart! Well since our truck still had a universal joint in tact they took ours off the truck. Left our damaged reefer at a circleK and still had to call another tow company for help. Best part was....Noone called to notify ANY of this transpired! We had no clue anything happened until our driver was discharged from the hospital. The line items from the tow invoice were outrageous to say the least, especially for the BS charge for storage when we were told we couldn't get the truck off the yard until Monday morning business hours. Saturday afternoon, a 29K tow bill was agreed to verbally on the phone between the owner and our driver (who was standing next to the Broome tow driver) bc he refused talking directly to the owner of the truck for whatever ridunkulous reason. Wait theres more! Wouldn't you know, come Monday morning....40K NOT 29K later...we were able to bring the truck and trailer (pulled separately might I add) home. So here's the warning folks: after reviewing each line item we were invoiced for, ive decided there is a special place in hell for people like them. Just make sure if it's necessary to be serviced by Broome Service Center, ask ahead of time for a lube job so your rear end isn't hurting like ours You've been warned!!
