This shop doesn't value their time or your time. I was quoted $45 for diagnostic which I thought to be a little too cheap, but I was referred to them by a friend. I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique Is sick! Service quality and value all low. I have spent thousands of dollars here and told them to check this and that. I came to find out it wasn't done . I paid for services and they weren't done. I will be going to another mechanic for further work in the future. They had my car for weeks at end and it just collected dust. They don't write contracts or quotes on paper. First to say I've worked at a very meticulous shop that the guy retired and is no longer open but was the most honest guy ever. But now I've needed some jobs done that I didn't want to or have tools to do myself and was referred by a good friend who takes all his vehicles here I've brought my truck here 3 times for new plugs he called me and said coils were dry rotten did I want to replace them good price also so I did. Got truck back next day and was very pleased with job. Rescue fly had heater core and oil pan gasket done in 2 days also was very pleased. Last my air and heat weren't blowing properly took it there that morning and was ready by lunch just was a clogged up ac condenser. Even showed me pics of how bad it was.. read more
