I was then told at 3pm that my car was "next to be pulled in" (I had an 11am appointment), so to hear that my car was next at "3pm" was a little concerning.....fast forward to 5pm/closing time and I get to the shop to settle up. I pay nearly $800 for bulbs to replaced along with the oil change.....jump in my car to leave and low and behold, the right lamp fault is still there on the dash (why i brought the car in the first place). This is when they tell me as they are closing that the fault wont clear because i need new headlight assemblies for the car?? No one called to give me an update along the way and I get the "we just took your car down off the lift along with we are short a technician" today....excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction...have brought my car in for service on multiple times...time before being a ~$5k job worth of work. Very discouraging to fork over nearly $800 for bulbs and oil change and get a rushed job at closing and excuses. Don't mind paying for quality work but don't insult a customer's intelligence with guesswork and no communication. Also, was given an "updated" receipt of service after the tech went back an added in the comments why the fault light wouldn't clear and the need for new headlight assemblies. This information was not in the original receipt when I paid for service and was headed out before I caught the fault code still illuminated on the dash.

Mom had to not have water for 36 hours, I had to get someone else to go by and fix the outside leak, ...not all the cold water lines to the sinks and toilets are stoped up and will have to be flushed or valves replace. I had to leave it overnight due to being expected at another event and not having anyone to help me get it started until the next day. On Sunday, I went back to the car and with the help of a family member was able to get it going. While this was happening, my dad was calling around every auto repair shop in town to see who could fix a car on a Sunday since I had to be back in my actual town on Monday. Unfortunately no one had the part needed in stock, but this Goodyear - and the technician, Will, who worked with us - was more than happy to fix it immediately when the part became available. I dropped it off Sunday and knew that first thing Monday morning they'd be working on it. They were wonderful about communicating with me - I called in the morning to get a time estimate, which they happily gave. Later, they found out the part would take longer for delivery and they immediately called to let me know. Once the car was done, they called me right away. I went to pick it up and everything was perfect - I was able to get back on the road for my two hour drive with full confidence. I know this is long, but I wanted to share the story - their positive attitudes and willingness to help really made a big difference to me in what was a very stressful situation. On August 22, 2026, I took my vehicle to Express Oil in Grovetown, GA, for an A/C repair. The…read moretechnician diagnosed the issue, provided me with a quote, and told me the vehicle would be ready later that same day. Approximately 30 minutes before closing, I received a call asking if the shop could keep my vehicle until Monday because the repairs were not yet complete. I explained that I needed my vehicle that day. The caller stated that they would call me back, but I never received another call. I went to the location myself and found that my vehicle had been disassembled, making it impossible for me to take it home that evening. On Monday evening, I was contacted and told that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived, paid the service fee, and left. While driving home, the hood of my vehicle unexpectedly flew open, causing damage to both front fenders. Upon inspecting the vehicle, it was discovered that several bolts had not been replaced and that the hood latch was missing. When I returned to the shop, I was extremely concerned by the lack of urgency regarding what had happened. No one offered an apology, and a manager was not available to address the situation. I was asked to leave the vehicle at the shop and was told that a manager would contact me. I never received that call. The following day, I returned to the shop and spoke with the manager, Terry, in hopes of resolving the situation. He asked what could be done to make things right. I requested that my vehicle be repaired, that I be provided with a rental vehicle, and that my original service fee be refunded. Terry stated that he would submit these requests to corporate and keep me informed. Later that day, Terry contacted me and stated that the shop's insurance would cover the repairs to my vehicle. Two repair estimates were obtained. While waiting for the repairs to be completed, I was able to drive the vehicle. Unfortunately, after driving it for several days, the A/C stopped working again, so I returned the vehicle to Express Oil. Express Oil subsequently took responsibility for having both the A/C repaired again and the body damage addressed. Unfortunately, the bodywork performed by the repair shop they selected was also unsatisfactory. The fenders had noticeable gaps, and the hood did not sit flush with the body of the vehicle. I was contacted twice and told that my vehicle was ready, only to discover that the A/C was still blowing hot air. Overall, Express Oil had my vehicle for nearly a month while attempting to resolve the issues. I eventually contacted the Regional Manager, but my call was never returned. Additionally, I never received the refund that I had requested. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected my vehicle to be properly repaired and returned to me in safe, working condition. Instead, the initial repair resulted in additional damage, followed by repeated repair issues, poor communication, and an unresolved refund request. Based on this experience, I will not be using this location for future vehicle services, and I cannot recommend it to others.
