My four new tires were replaced and balanced in one hour and fifteen minutes on a Saturday (as a counter example Sam's and Goodyear have taken around 3 hours to do the same work). I called around to compare prices and Marc Yount's was cheaper than every tire place within 15 minutes of my apartment including Jim Whitehead and Tires Plus. Four Michelin Defender's for my 2011 Focus were 599$ (total walk out price after taxes). When comparing tire prices be SURE to ask for the walk-out price, balances and new valves can vary, as can service fees and other bull. You get FREE TIRE ROTATION, you read that right. "Your rear axle seals are shot, and I don't eve know what I'm going to find when I open that pumpkin (meaning differential)." An off-the-cuff estimate was $2500+ It was a condition I was aware of... just brake seals, not axle seals. They were leaking on the inside of the RR back tire, and rather than be honest or investigate further, they took me for a fool and threw rear axle seals in the mix, a $2500 repair that wasn't needed. I'm 100k further down the road and my axle seals are still fine. The blonde old hippie is a shyster, and his squeaky mouthpiece at the desk is just a minion. I went there because I thought they did good, honest work. But this was my last day ever since... can't re-build that kind of trust.

I requested to just purchase the tire and I was told can't just give me a tire I purchased, they have to mount it (it's company policy they can't just sell it to me.) I have a preference for mechanic but I decided to go with it because I was advised by Ben tires plus was the only one who had the tires. I was told that it would be an hour and a half to change the one tire (I brought it with me and the car was elsewhere). He ended up getting the tire changed quickly. That same night, I get in my car to head home and the psi is at 16 on a brand new tire, I filled it back to 32 but Sunday morning at 7:45 it's back at 16. I go back to the store as soon as it opens and speak with Ben again requesting someone to look at the tire since it's new, I wanted to make sure I didn't run over a nail and it was mounted properly. Ben is clearly stressed out and frustrated which I get but the response of "well I don't know how long it will be because I wasn't expecting you" isn't a comforting or acceptable answer. I wasn't expecting to have to return after I just left 24 hours ago. The tire removed and checked by a different technician. I didn't speak with the technician directly instead I was advised the tire is perfectly fine and I have a hairline crack on the rim by Ben. I asked is that something they would usually notice when installing the tire, he stated no. They don't do those types of repairs but I'll keep having the same issue. Since the tire was mounted again I haven't lost any air in 48 hours.

I called NTB to see if they could help me out, which they said they could. I got it towed to them. Yesterday I went to pick it up after it was done and the rotor was grinding and rubbing all over the backing plate and bracket for the brake pads. They told me I needed a new rotor, and that was why it was doing that. Now granted the rotor got damaged and even more so after I paid for and picked it up. I didn't make it out of the parking lot heard the grinding and Josh said like I said its your rotor. I got it home and further inspected it and determined it was more the likely the hub was wrong. Now granted I didn't catch that when I tried to install it myself but how did they not catch that??? how did they think it was the rotor, why would they figure out what was truly causing it knowing that it wasn't right??? It's not at another shop today after picking it up yesterday paying $250 to them and didn't fix the issue but made it worse! to now paying $700 to have it fixed correctly and repair the damage caused by these clowns! Stay far away from them not worth it. Edit. 1/28/2021 A Customer service representative reached out to me to find out exactly what happened and asked how they could make this issue and service better. I gave her an answer and she agreed to what I wanted, because of this I'm willing to give NTB another chance in the future at a different location never this location though. Costco wouldn't install the tires they sold me online... :-/…read more While I was waiting for a refund, I called NTB and made an appointment for the following day. I showed up at 1:05pm for a 1pm appointment, and the car was taken back almost immediately. I drank a cup of coffee, checked a few emails, and it was done! Forty five minutes total maybe, drove back to work. I would have given five stars... but they over-inflated the passenger side tires by about 10psi.
