Craig's is trash. They service cars before sending them to Cars R Us. Well, I bought this 2013 in October & have had nothing but trouble w/ it since I got it. They've driven my car miles (about 60 in 2 days the FIRST time Cars R Us sent it back to them), and God knows how many miles the last time it was there. And they say "they can't replicate the problem ". THE CAR SHUTS OFF WHILE I'M DRIVING! How is it only shutting off while I'm driving and not them? They had the car for a full week the last time they had it (just the other week). So basically, they're saying I'm a liar. And if they can't do something as simple as make sure the fluids are full before sending a car to a lot to be sold, that is slack!!!! Now, there's some beep when I turn my car in but the car isn't telling me what it is. AND my car just overheated. Which means, CRAIGS DID NOT put fluid in it as they should have when they had it the other week! Looks to me like they turned that notification off. They did something to the notifications, because needing coolant sure showed up the day before I sent back for service again the other week and there is nothing showing up when these beeps start up. The coolant should NOT be needed if it was full before they sent it to the dealer. I believe I have a leak, but he said I don't well what was that fresh puddle I saw on the ground when I moved my car before handing it in for service again, CRAIG???I do NOT recommend them. UPDATE: the dealership they service all cars for (cars r us finally did the right thing and swapped my car. it seems fine, but I have has it one week and 1 day and it's telling me I need to change the oil. Craig's should have done that before sending it to the dealer, correct? correct. another example as to why Craig's is not worth paying your money or using your warranty. read more
