He and his team took my truck even though they were booked out and about to close and got me back on the road!!! The whole team is great not to mention they really know what they are doing and pride themselves in doing a great job! If you need anything at all diesel related this is your shop!! There's other places we can take our trucks to, in the same area, that would do the same job in a couple of days. Please stop telling customers "definitely tomorrow" when it will take 7 days to complete service FOR AN ESTIMATE. Also, $1,800 for a 18 mile tow is plainly stealing money from consumers. I called around and got three separate estimates. The most expensive out of the three came in at $300 for the same towing distance. As a consumer and business owner, I recommend finding an alternative around the area. We found someone else who was able to tow the truck and trailer and provide the repairs for 45% less than the estimate we were handed.
