It's true, they have this amazing, little machine that hooked up to the terminals like jumper cables and checks what percentage your battery is operating at. A sweet gentleman, named Patrick, braved the cold outdoors and hooked my battery up. After a few minutes of pushing buttons on the machine he shows me the screen--that I couldn't understand, and told me that my battery was operating at 12%. Boo. Then, instead of telling me that I needed to purchase something right then and forcing the most expensive thing on me (because I would have thought I needed it immediately, I didn't want to live at the North Augusta Autozone until my new battery could be shipped there), he asked how long I had owned my current battery and then encouraged me to contact the original dealer and check the warranty... and get this, he told me that because he didn't want me to have to purchase something more expensive when I could, if it was still under warranty, get it exchanged. I know, I know, he could have had me. Instead he was genuine and acted for the customers' interest and probably gained me as a return customer. Anyone willing to send a customer away because it is in their better interest tells me that they really care about me as a customer and that they really know what they are talking about. I didn't purchase anything but I will be going back here again, without hesitation, if something else comes up and I need their services.

I purchased a battery for my motorcycle at the Napa in Waynesboro, however they sold me the wrong…read moresize. Since I was going to Augusta, I exchanged it there. They gave me the correct battery and charged me extra money. However, 8 weeks down the road, the battery wouldn't even hold a charge. When I tried to return it in Waynesboro, they pointed out to me that the battery was 2 years old. When I called the Augusta shop they claimed they had no record of my sale and unless I could find my receipt there was nothing they could do. Now I'm out $200 on a battery that didn't even last me 8 weeks because when I exchanged it at the Augusta store they exchanged for a battery sitting in their stockroom that was 2 years old.

They ordered them right away and gave me a timeline. The parts were coming from two different warehouses. The timeline was off by a day and I had to reschedule my appointment, but I got what I needed. The staff was nice and offered suggestions on local auto mechanics, which I called but never got back with me. Not sure what that was about. If you're looking for reasonable parts, this is the place. My advice is skip the advice.

On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments. Look elsewhere, especially if your car is in good condition and only has a minor problem you're not willing to fix.

The vehicle was never picked up and no one ever called. today called again First thing this morning. Was told it would be moved to a different hauler & it would be picked by 5 again. Still hadn't heard anything by 1:30 & called again, being assured that they were with another seller and were still coming. 4:30 comes and called back to still getting the run around and being told there was no manager or supervisor to talk to. Vehicle never picked up. Wasted our time and lied to us for 2 days straight. This company is a scam. Do not do business with them.
