The associates I spoke with was Logan and Stephanie, with Logan even explaining on how to do the installation on my vehicle, the direction it was to be installed correctly on my vehicle. Logan, even recommend a cleaning kit and how long my air filter should last, which is almost 100,000 miles. I will definitely be back to get their feedback on other parts I need to install on my vehicle. I know there is an Autozone around the corner, but I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts for their customer service. After speaking with Logan, I definitely would go back for a new battery, which they would install and get rid of my old battery. I went to another competitive store a year ago for my battery and I kinda had to beg for them to assist me in installing my battery, which they finally did after bringing in my tools. I can install and replace a car battery myself, but if I am spending money every couple of years for a new battery and they are willing to install it. I would definitely go back.

On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments. Look elsewhere, especially if your car is in good condition and only has a minor problem you're not willing to fix.

My boyfriend's father explained exactly what part we needed, but the employee sold us the wrong size. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it was incorrect until we got home and opened the package. Since we needed our shower working, we purchased the correct faucet set from another store that was open on Sunday. My boyfriend then returned to this hardware store with the unused item and the original receipt simply to request a refund. Instead of trying to help or handling the situation professionally, the owner refused the refund and proceeded to use profanity toward my boyfriend. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand that the wrong item being sold can happen. What was most upsetting was the way we were treated afterward. There is never a good reason to curse at a customer who is calmly trying to resolve an issue. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the products a business sells. Based on our experience, we won't be returning and cannot recommend this store.

My car battery died just two days after I had to get a new key and I needed to get it fixed and fast. You see, I've grown accustomed to driving my self all over the place. Also, because I am a woman and someone that doesn't know much about vehicles and their maintenance, I needed to find someplace that would not take advantage of my not knowing or understanding how things under the hood work. Someplace that I could be at their mercy to fix things well and trust that they would not misuse their knowledge. I'd like to think that with regards to a place, to get a battery, I found it. My boss told me about Interstate and of the high regard that he and his family have for their products and shortly after he called over to find out if they had a battery that would fit my car, he let me off early to get my car fixed. They had the battery that I needed and were able to put it in for a $10- service charge--which, if you read above about my ability with cars, $10- was nothing! All in all, I got a new battery with a five year warranty and the installment for a total of $124-, I think I made out well. Someone did try to sell me something that I did not need, a spray for my battery terminals and two little pads (sold together for $5-) to help reduce the corrosion. But there was a sweet gentleman named, Carlos (ask for him--he also put my battery in), who called that person out and reminded him that they also sold the pads for $2- and that they had the spray (that I would use once) in their kits and that he could just use it while putting my battery in. Thank you, Carlos, for saving me some money and for being a super genuine person. I would definitely recommend others to go there!
