I was told I would get 90 days of blue cruise ( I don't ) this service is 50.00 a month to do what a Tesla does for free. 2 . They do not assist in helping you find a EV charger installer and after reading many other Ford reviews this is something they usually help with 3. They refused to include a charger ( although after my initial review they did reimburse me 400.00 for one I purchased ) shouldnt have had to leave a review to do what is right 4. I have been waiting for my second key and have even made a trip to the dealership to leave empty handed. 5. They force you to buy optional coverage which is unethical and illegal .
