Note, my husband is 6'4" and cannot easily fit in most cars. Their issue ended up making him several hours late when getting into Ohio which makes him miss all of tonight's meetings where we are getting a new company car. He was so frustrated, and late, that he ended up forgetting to swing back home to pick up his medications (he's diabetic.) Isabella, who does the social media on Facebook, is claiming that she can't talk to people even when they are authorized and they have the confirmation. Hint Isabella, *my company, that I own paid for the car* Also for a company whose slogan literally is "Enterprise, we'll pick you up" why are they not picking people up? They told my husband to walk (1.6 miles) even BEFORE we had the reservation cancelled. If we had another car rental place nearby that alone would have caused us to switch. My company will not be doing business with Enterprise again, which is a shame as someone who does a lot of business travel.

My son is below the payment he budgeted for, he has an extended warranty and loves his new set of wheels. A tip for other consumers looking to buy used vehicles, never buy a car without an extended warranty if the factory warranty has ended. We bought a car from Wallace Auto Sales three weeks ago. We have not even made the first payment…read moreand the engine light came on . The car is not drivable until fixed . We are on a waiting list for the repairs at a local dealership. You shouldn't buy a car that you were told was checked out by their service department and everything was fine to have it break down just three weeks later with a major part needed. The part that is needed so the car will run properly cost anywhere from 3000 to 3500. We Contacted the owner of Wallace and he acted like he wanted to help... but, at the end of the day we were told by him you should have bought an extended warranty. I highly recommend staying as far away from this dealer as possible! Worst decision we ever made!!!! Bad business ethics all the way around!!!
