This establishment is a hoax of a dealer. At their service center they attempt to defraud the unaware. No one needs to pay a dealer for a battery. Any auto parts store replaces, recycles, credits, and installs (for free) auto batteries. The clerk attempted to argue with me. She lied that a KIA battery is too specific for an auto parts store. Despite my disregarding her commentary rebuttal, she persisted. My parent is a senior citizen and the clerk attempted to persuade and insist. She went as far as to state she knew my recently deceased father BETTER than I. My deceased father would NEVER pay for a battery, service fee, and labor at a dealership. Regardless of her ignorant argument, I walked out as I stated, "I hardly believe you knew him better." If my Fiat battery is replaceable at an auto parts store than surely a Kia is within their expertise.

Unbelievable markup on base model Kia Rio!

Worst car shopping experience ever. This dealership is charging an unbelievable mark up which is listed in the picture as an added on window sticker, "market adjustment." For a low end, base model Kia Rio that has MSRP of $17K they want $25K. The salesman put a dealer sheet in front of me with an out the door price of $27K that included my trade in. I seriously thought I was being pranked. They were offering me $750 for my trade in, a 2008 Honda Accord LXP sedan, runs great has 140K miles. I left and bought a 2022 Corolla for $20K out the door at Milton Reuben Toyota. They gave me $4800 for my trade in. Was in and out in less than an hour with a test drive. Car arrives within a week from the factory. This is how you sell cars Kia, take note!

I was very nervous going to Evans Kia due to some of the reviews. I'm really glad we went there. Brandon was fantastic with keeping to our budget we asked to be in. We were able to drive multiple vehicles. He was patient with me even when it took me awhile to decide which car we liked better. Highly recommend Brandon!

Jahmar sold me a 2014 Optima SXL here at Dyer, $4k cheaper than the other dealership.

The team is professional, knowledgeable, and works with a clear sense of urgency that shows they value your time and prioritize getting you back on the road. There were no delays and zero miscommunication. Their system is outstanding, providing real time updates and video links so you can actually see inspections being performed on your vehicle. I never had to call once for a status update. The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided. I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I felt immediate trust and comfort here, which is not something I say often, especially as a foreign car owner. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

I've taken about a year to ponder over leaving a review or not…read more Me as a person: Naive, trusting, mid-20's, knowing nothing about cars. Issue: My 2014 Kia refuses to drive over 45 miles per hour. Jiffy Lube: "We cannot work on a car that has the engine light flashing" I coast down the hill to a place that has "Christian" in the title. Naive, naive, naive. The place is willing to look at my car that day. Wonderful. It's the morning. They'll let me know when they're done. I walk all over Evans since it's a lovely day. They have my car past 5:00. So it's been... 6-7 hours. Luckily I didn't have work. Finally I wait in the building so I don't get locked out past closing time. Eventually, I'm told "You're going to need an entirely new engine. Your car isn't safe to drive." I'm shaken. I had just bought the car less than 3 months ago. I ask if they know any tow truck services they trust so I can take my car home, as I was a pharmacy technician at the time and flat broke. I had spent that March through August walking everywhere I needed, so I just accepted my fate of walking everywhere once more until I could figure out how to save for a multi-thousand dollar fix. The person at the front desk then says "Oh, it's not serious enough that you need a tow." My inner dialogue went "Hm.. but you just said my engine needs to be replaced. My car isn't safe to drive... why WOULDNT I need a tow truck?" So I pay the $91 diagnostic fee on my credit card, a bit dumbfounded that $100, which was the equivalent to working 6 hours overtime at my full time job to afford the service, fixed nothing. My engine is to give out at any second, but I'm okay to drive home? Quite embarrassed, I called my veteran friend who came over that afternoon, ran a test on his diagnostic machine, and asked if I hit a bump recently. I did. He told me I had activated some sort of knock sensor when I did that, which then activated a safety mechanism, which was why my car wouldn't go over 45. He cleared the code on his device, and my car was magically fixed :) A year later, my car is still running great. No further issues. So I recommend avoiding this place. My friend fixed the issue in five minutes for the price of a thank you coffee while this establishment took an entire business day to attempt to scam me into buying a whole new engine without clearing the code to allow me to safely drive home until I could afford their "fix." Anyone who knows the driving culture in Augusta would understand that driving under 45 is dangerous business around all the irritated, impatient car-owners in this city. I don't appreciate anyone who uses scare tactics to uneducated, trusting people. It's embarrassing to be treated as if I'm stupid when in reality, I never had a father to show me how to run simple tests on my car to try and resolve issues myself. Rather shameful to lure people in with Christian decor when taking advantage of people in my opinion, but that's just my thoughts.

Marc Yount's was strongly recommended to me by a co-worker as "the only place he would EVER go for…read moretires" in the greater CSRA. The front desk was friendly (ask for Randall or Jeff), the mechanics do good work. My four new tires were replaced and balanced in one hour and fifteen minutes on a Saturday (as a counter example Sam's and Goodyear have taken around 3 hours to do the same work). I called around to compare prices and Marc Yount's was cheaper than every tire place within 15 minutes of my apartment including Jim Whitehead and Tires Plus. Four Michelin Defender's for my 2011 Focus were 599$ (total walk out price after taxes). When comparing tire prices be SURE to ask for the walk-out price, balances and new valves can vary, as can service fees and other bull. You get FREE TIRE ROTATION, you read that right. They fix flats and patch tires that you bought from them for free... This place is top notch I can recommend you ONLY get tires from Marc Yount's. *Be sure to get an appointment*

I've done all the work on all my cars for all my life starting at 13 (yeah, I drove at 13, and…read moremaintained my mom's cars). I took my 4Runner (275k miles) to them for new back tires. I came back to pick it up, and old Marc with his hippy powerboat days well behind him, leaned forward and said "you and I have to have a talk..." "Your rear axle seals are shot, and I don't eve know what I'm going to find when I open that pumpkin (meaning differential)." An off-the-cuff estimate was $2500+ It was a condition I was aware of... just brake seals, not axle seals. They were leaking on the inside of the RR back tire, and rather than be honest or investigate further, they took me for a fool and threw rear axle seals in the mix, a $2500 repair that wasn't needed. I'm 100k further down the road and my axle seals are still fine. The blonde old hippie is a shyster, and his squeaky mouthpiece at the desk is just a minion. I went there because I thought they did good, honest work. But this was my last day ever since... can't re-build that kind of trust.
