I have, and currently own 2 Kia Forte's, both purchased through your dealership. One is the 2018 Forte which was just serviced and a 2014 Kia Forte 5. I religiously take these vehicles in for service to your dealership when required. If you check your records, you can see that was the case. As this pertains to my last experience, I was not happy at all with the quality of service. When setting up the service online I had to do it so far in advance that it defeats the purpose honestly. Even after doing that I would think that I would be reserving a spot but that is never the case. I realize that you are busy, and I can see the line circling out in front of the building for service. I feel as if I am in the same line as people just showing up. Now, Matt (my service rep) was courteous and apologetic the entire time. I dropped off my vehicle for standard maintenance check/oil change and new tire installation. My appointment was at 10:30 AM Tuesday, and I dropped the car off at 10:00 AM and decided to leave and come back to pick it up later that day. Unfortunately, Matt informed me around 3 that they only had 3 tires and it would have to wait until tomorrow. I went along with it with the understanding that I would pick it up the next day. When the next day came I did not hear a thing from anyone. I called at 3 to inquire, and a service tech girl answered and when I told her who I was and why I was calling she transferred me to Cody. I explained again and was told Matt was not there and the car should be ready today as they are working on alignment presently. He said he would call me when finished yet never did. The next day I had my wife drive me up to the dealership at 8:00 AM only to find Matt at his desk and after researching he tells me that they still have to align the vehicle. I questioned that in that Cody told me the day prior that it was on the lift being worked on. This was obviously a lie. As a matter of fact, I stayed for about 3 hours, looked onto the bay area from the waiting area only to see that my car was just getting on the lift for alignment. It was at that point that I made the decision to get my vehicles serviced elsewhere from henceforth. Since purchasing my first vehicle I have noticed a slow degradation in service quality. It used to be common practice to offer free car wash back in 2014 and it was done right. Too often I have waited way past what is expected to get my vehicle back. I walk to past the time waiting so I can get something constructive done. I always get an apology but that only goes so far. The way I see it, it is time to part ways. I have cancelled my latest appointment with my 2014 Forte 5 and will seek service elsewhere.

They also offered discounts and a complimentary ride to my other car. The oil change only took about 3 hrs including the wait time since I was a walk on. There is a nice, spacious waiting area with snacks and refreshments. Overall a great, seamless experience compared to other BMWs I've worked with for my car. Definitely will be back for future services. Highly recommend Taylor BMW for their technical expertise and hospitality!

Last time before last they told me that I had a bulb out (no bulb out) and this time they told me I needed 2 tires on the rear upon inspecting them they were fine. They also asked me if I wanted the engine tune up package. They seemed more involved in telling me about this that they neglected to tell me that it should have a new engine air filter which I would have had done. The air filter was on the final paper work but by that point I was ready to get out of there. Please don't change for the worse by trying to get me to pay for things that are not needed. While the staff try their best it is painfully obvious that Gerald Jones Ford is all about the money and the finance person, Kirt Dolittle and the sales manager Martelli that calls himself a man of GOD when you call him out on his of deceptive practices. I agreed to Co-sign for my granddaughter. Two days later I find out that I am not the Co-buyer but the primary on the loan. Why would they not be upfront about this, for one thing they did not want to lose that cut of the pie. See when a dealership gets you a loan, they make half or more percent of the total Interest Paid. If they had told me that I was going to be the primary I would have gone to my bank. I would have then got 5% loan and not a 6.5 or so loan. That is around $800.00, it does not sound like much but for a college student going to school full time and working part time it is a lot of money. If I could do it all over, I probably would have gotten the Jetta at CarMax and not these lying cheating group of people. Martelli keeps saying it is the same thing, and yes, he is right, but it is the principle of not saying it. It seems management hides things to maximize profit. Gerald Jones is not the worst dealership out there by any means but with so many options I would look elsewhere. I told your sales manager Martelli if I had to I would co-sign, I never agreed to being the primary on the loan if Mr. Martelli and his deceptive practices would have told me that I was going to be the primary on the loan I would have said no to the interest rate and gone to my bank and got 5% loan. Spoke with Lincoln and they will do nothing to assist since the vehicle is out of warranty. This is a know defect with the 2.0 Ecoboost engine and Lincoln is unwilling to assist in any way. This is totally unacceptable! Stay away from Lincolns. Fords, and anything that has an Ecoboost engine. Do your research first.

Due to my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After my vehicle stalled on Washington Road due to an auto start/stop failure, I brought it to the dealership. Despite my prior research identifying a specific recall and extended warranty issue (23-009) related to my Honda Pilot, the service department failed to address it. They performed two service bulletins (23-008 and 23-010) but ignored the warranty extension. This oversight led to a dangerous situation while I was traveling on I-95, where my vehicle stalled in traffic and failed to restart. Upon returning to the dealership, the staff refused to acknowledge their failure to complete the necessary service bulletins or address the rear suspension recall. Furthermore, the Service Manager, Colby, was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. The dealership subsequently attempted to charge me $1,900 for a starter replacement that is directly covered under the recall and extended warranty. Given the lack of accountability and the safety risks caused by their incomplete service, I am deeply disappointed in the quality of care provided by this dealership.
