HORRIBLE COMPANY. I don't even like having to give them 1 star. 100% a scam with astronomical prices that are only revealed once it's took late to back out of your order. They pose as the legit venue/organization/artist, etc with website banners, picture, and wording that match but don't even sell valid tickets that will be accepted at the venue. Thankfully we caught this early and never opened the link that they said was our tickets and our bank took care of the despite. I don't know why the BBB hasn't shut them down for fraud. read more

Well I got scammed like the rest of you. I thought I would do my group of friends a favor and get the tickets for our upcoming event. I logged into the event website and somehow got re-routed to this Ticket Center. I was charged $820 for 4 tickets I later found out were supposed to be $70 each, not $200 each. After my friend told me I was way overcharged, I called my CC fraud department. I lost the case, have no tickets, already bought 4 of the 'real' tickets by going to the venue directly and I'm out $820. read more

Very Straightforward Scam (shame on me): they masquerade as the official website at the top of Google search, then sell you non-refundable tickets at more than twice the price of the official provider. read more

They charged me $475 US ($691 CDN) for tickets to a baseball game in Vancouver where the posted ticket price was $110 for 5 tickets. 500% markup. I spoke to an agent on-line after the game and got nowhere. They are taking advantage of people who do not have access to actual ticket prices and claim they set their prices based on supply and demand. The attendance at the game was 2,200 in a stadium that seats 6,500. Supply and Demand? I don't think so. Maximize corporate profits at the expense of the unwary? Absolutely. Caveat Emptor. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 3rd party ticket sales. High prices for horrible seats in the mezzanine, on opening sales day. Black Jacket symphony suggested them for a new show they would be back later in the year to play. Got a dead end Email that said we needed to transfer our ticket to ticket master. The link kept coming up "SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG". We got our tickets 6 hours before the show. WOW No refunds available. I had to threaten them with my attorney. It was their inoperable POS web site. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Very deceitful company. I thought the link on the internet was taking me directly to the venue to purchase tickets. Instead, I received tickets at MORE THAN DOUBLE what I could have gotten them for. Tried to get a refund because of the deceptive link. Customer service is AWFUL. It's all AI, and you cannot speak to an actual person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--TERRIBLE! read more

My whole existence with Ticket-center was awful. I had never bought sports tickets before, so I was totally taken advantage of. $200 for two tickets to an El Paso Chihuahuas game. The confirmation said the tickets would arrive BEFORE the fay before (game on 4/11, tickets should have arrived BEFORE 4/10). I contacted customer support because the tickets didn't arrive. They assured me that my tickets were coming. I waited all day and they finally arrived in the evening. I was busy in another town when they came, but I saw the message in my inbox. When I checked the tickets in the morning (the day of the game), the tickets said they were for 4/10, the previous days game. So I contacted their really poor customer service. i talked to several different online "help" agents and they assured me that they would send the tickets and make it right. They finally sent another email with the tickets. The link again had the original tickets. I messaged again and they finally sent the correct ticket. I asked for a refund But they said I wasn't eligible. The guy ended the conversation with me without ever responding. Heads up; the ticket price I've ON the tickets was $9.25. They gouged me and then I had to jump through all of those hoops and it was really exhausting. Lesson learned, but, NEVER AGAIN!! read more

The tickets that I ordered were not what I received. Tickets Center refused to change the tickets or refund me. scammers

Scam site - they "resell" tickets they don't have at higher rates and will not refund or cancel orders. They are scalpers.

Do not buy tickets from Ticket Center, the are a re seller of tickets. If the show you are purchasing tickets gets rescheduled (like the one I purchased), they tell you so sorry, go to a website and re-sell them to someone else. They will not refund your tickets. Mine were purchased for a show that was rescheduled for 6 months later!!!! read more

bought tickets for a comedy show in the Delta center. They scalped me bad. Tickets were about $200 each from ticket center. They sent me tickets from seat geek that they bougth for less than half the price (and they even made me retreive them through seat geek. I could have just purchased them from seat geek to start with. Basically, they stole $200 from me. b@stards read more

Tickets-Center.com has a very misleading web design - I thought i was buying tickets directly from the Joffrey Ballet box office, not a ticket reseller. The mark up was 35% - $125. They do not tell you until after the purchase that they are reseller and then they tell you when you will receive the tickets - the day before the performance -- too late! I have to drive on the date they 'expect' delivery to get my grandchildren to Chicago for the performance. I immediately disputed the charge, sent emails, 'chatted' with a useless bot, who informed me i wld get the tickets prior to the performance and to forget about refunds. I call this fraud and misleading advertising. Forget getting a refund or canceling your order. American Express wasn't much help either, telling me it was my responsibility to carefully evaluate how i used my card -- even if the website was misleading and critical information was not shared until after the card info went thru. REALLY IRRITATED. Diana H. 12/3/25 read more

I ordered tickets to a concert at the blue note in New York City. I paid by PayPal. The company would not agree to send me tickets until I sent them an uploaded photograph of my drivers license and an uploaded photograph of myself. After 30 minutes of trying to upload the photo of myself, I called the company. I insisted that the agent stay on the line while I attempted many more times to upload the picture of myself. After half an hour more I was successful. The company has informed me that I MUST show up at the concert with a printed copy of the tickets. The concert takes place on May 7. They informed me that I would be getting the tickets on May 6. I told them that I would be going to New York City on May 1 without a printer. How would I print the tickets at the last moment? Apparently this company has never dealt with someone coming from New York City who is from out of town. Don't use this service! read more

I should have checked reviews on yelp. This company is a scam. I purchased 5 tickets on 11/15 for the The Nutcracker on 12/22. On 12/18, I received a call canceling my order because they could not fulfill my order. No other tickets available. Tickets are listed by independent resellers - who may or may not actually have the tickets. Yet they will charge you 4x the amount of money without actually verifying if the sale is legit. read more

SCAM! I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account. There was. I immediately email the business to cancel. Then, I immediately called the business. I spent 25 min on 1-800-361-7978 with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times. She said she was not authorized to make a refund. She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund. I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access. I asked for her name an employee number. She would not provide. I asked for an email from the company explaining the decision. She would not provide. All of this is exceptionally unethical, if not illegal, given I called within 5 minutes. It seems many complaints have been made against this business. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TICKET-CENTER. COM. This ticket service is pretty much a scam. They clearly pay Google to be the first listing and they include text like "selling fast", or "only a few tickets left". My wife is not an experienced purchaser of event tickets, so she got duped. She paid $39 for tickets to the Del Mar Race Track, when we could have got them for $11 online or $10 person. Never use this site. Always make sure to either use a reputable reseller or purchase from the venue directly. read more

Will add another review if things go well. Basically i was contacted by text saying that the tickets i had purchased had an issue and they offered me a row back with a discount. I instead cancelled and grabbed other seats that had not been available when i made my original purchase that were much better. If i get my tickets tomorrow and go to the show i will come back and update but the customer service was terrible. They also don't have any place to escalate to which is sketchy. read more

wish I would've checked yelp before impulsively buying two tickets to a local comedy show :/ I paid $90 for each general seating ticket (ok ok, my bad for not double checking, but I was very excited for this comedian coming to town in a few days). Bought Detroit Tigers tickets from these people, first time I've bought sports tickets in 15 years, and this was an absolutely awful experience. In order to redeem my tickets I HAD to download their app, which woudn't work on my phone, and their website offered no info on what to do. Their customer service email address was immediately bounced back to me as undeliverable. I finally called their phone number, was directed thru several automated menus and was then told to leave a message. Someone did call me back and told me to go to the ticket will-call window at the stadium. That was now my only option. The guy at the will-call window told me that they were full of crap, and that these people aren't associated with them at all. He took pity on me, located my tickets and then texted them directly to me (why couldn't these idiots not done the same thing?). This could have very easily ended poorly. I've learned my lesson - apparently there are tons of ticket scammers out there and these people are one of them. read more

I paid a lot more than the face value but got good seats. (The site said it would be in the first 12 rows of section A7) I was really worried that I was being scammed after reading some reviews, and was ready to call Amex to ask for help, but lo and behold, about an hour or 2 after the transaction, I got a link to the tickets on ticketmaster. I bought 3 Tickets for a Paw Patrol Live show for my Daughter and my Girlfriend, I bought the tickets through the ticket center website for $230. The Tickets were in the Mezzanine area, an email was sent to my email with the mezzanine area and to click on a website to login. We got to the venue the day of the concert, my ticket link didn't work and the my name wasn't even registered in the seating. We stood outside the venue going through my ticket link and website, it was no seating, just an area and that was not good enough. We missed the show because they could not let us in. I was infuriated so we left and I took my daughter and girlfriend to dinner instead to try my best to make it up to my daughter. I called TicketCenter the next day and THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE HAD THE NERVE TO ARGUE WITH ME about their ticket link. The Guy (Middle Eastern Accent) refused to take any responsibility, blamed me for now going through the link that sends me to ticket master EVEN THOUGH THE VENUE CLERK WAS ALSO GOING THROUGH MY LINK THAT DAY AT THE VENUE. We missed the show, it's a week later and I am still fighting to receive my refund. I WILL NEVER USE TICKET CENTER AGAIN. read more
