The link kept coming up "SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG". We got our tickets 6 hours before the show. WOW No refunds available. I had to threaten them with my attorney. My whole existence with Ticket-center was awful. I had never bought sports tickets before, so I was totally taken advantage of. $200 for two tickets to an El Paso Chihuahuas game. The confirmation said the tickets would arrive BEFORE the fay before (game on 4/11, tickets should have arrived BEFORE 4/10). I contacted customer support because the tickets didn't arrive. They assured me that my tickets were coming. I waited all day and they finally arrived in the evening. I was busy in another town when they came, but I saw the message in my inbox. When I checked the tickets in the morning (the day of the game), the tickets said they were for 4/10, the previous days game. So I contacted their really poor customer service. i talked to several different online "help" agents and they assured me that they would send the tickets and make it right. They finally sent another email with the tickets. The link again had the original tickets. I messaged again and they finally sent the correct ticket. I asked for a refund But they said I wasn't eligible. The guy ended the conversation with me without ever responding. Heads up; the ticket price I've ON the tickets was $9.25. Tickets-Center.com has a very misleading web design - I thought i was buying tickets directly from the Joffrey Ballet box office, not a ticket reseller. The mark up was 35% - $125. They do not tell you until after the purchase that they are reseller and then they tell you when you will receive the tickets - the day before the performance -- too late! I have to drive on the date they 'expect' delivery to get my grandchildren to Chicago for the performance. I immediately disputed the charge, sent emails, 'chatted' with a useless bot, who informed me i wld get the tickets prior to the performance and to forget about refunds. I call this fraud and misleading advertising. Forget getting a refund or canceling your order. American Express wasn't much help either, telling me it was my responsibility to carefully evaluate how i used my card -- even if the website was misleading and critical information was not shared until after the card info went thru. SCAM! I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account. There was. I immediately email the business to cancel. Then, I immediately called the business. I spent 25 min on 1-800-361-7978 with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times. She said she was not authorized to make a refund. She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund. I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access. I asked for her name an employee number. She would not provide. I asked for an email from the company explaining the decision. She would not provide. Bought Detroit Tigers tickets from these people, first time I've bought sports tickets in 15 years, and this was an absolutely awful experience. In order to redeem my tickets I HAD to download their app, which woudn't work on my phone, and their website offered no info on what to do. Their customer service email address was immediately bounced back to me as undeliverable. I finally called their phone number, was directed thru several automated menus and was then told to leave a message. Someone did call me back and told me to go to the ticket will-call window at the stadium. That was now my only option. The guy at the will-call window told me that they were full of crap, and that these people aren't associated with them at all. He took pity on me, located my tickets and then texted them directly to me (why couldn't these idiots not done the same thing?). This could have very easily ended poorly. Overall, a good experience. However, buyers should absolutely be aware that this is a ticket broker or a platform for resellers. Think of it as the eBay of tickets but with less transparency regarding who you're buying from & their trust rating. I would love it if tickets-center.com would add profiles of the resellers with ratings, like what eBay does. The lack of information on the seller is the reason for my 1-star deduction on my rating. Other than that, it was a very good experience overall. *Bear in mind that, going in, I expected astronomical prices, the name not matching on my ticket, etc. - all things you'd expect if you bought tickets from a 'scalper' outside the venue.* My experience: my wife and I decided last minute to attend a show that was 2 days away and almost completely sold out. On the event's actual website, there were no 2 seats available together at all. So, I went to tickets-center.com and found the tickets I wanted...2 tickets seated together and were great seats actually. They were absolutely overpriced, but again, I expected that as it was a sold-out show and this is a platform for resellers. The tickets were selling for around $118/each on the venue's site & were selling for ~$250/each on tickets-center.com for the same level/type of ticket. We showed up on the night, the tickets scanned just fine, & no one else showed up to say that they had the same ticket (my biggest fear, actually!). Interestingly enough, everyone in my row had purchased resold tickets, but from different outlets (StubHub, etc.). Even though all the tickets were bought on different platforms, they all had the same name on them! In other words, someone went in when the tickets were released, bought the whole row, and then sold them on different platforms...& probably made a ton of money! If you go in with the understanding that it's a reseller, it'll be expensive, and there's a little more risk than normal...then you'll probably have a good experience. Cheers! read more

I bought tix for Billy Joel and Rod Stewart for their 1-night show at Yankees Stadium 10 minutes prior to the presale happening while I was in the Ticketmaster waiting room. I paid a lot more than the face value but got good seats. (The site said it would be in the first 12 rows of section A7) I was really worried that I was being scammed after reading some reviews, and was ready to call Amex to ask for help, but lo and behold, about an hour or 2 after the transaction, I got a link to the tickets on ticketmaster. I bought 3 Tickets for a Paw Patrol Live show for my Daughter and my Girlfriend, I bought the tickets through the ticket center website for $230. The Tickets were in the Mezzanine area, an email was sent to my email with the mezzanine area and to click on a website to login. We got to the venue the day of the concert, my ticket link didn't work and the my name wasn't even registered in the seating. We stood outside the venue going through my ticket link and website, it was no seating, just an area and that was not good enough. We missed the show because they could not let us in. I was infuriated so we left and I took my daughter and girlfriend to dinner instead to try my best to make it up to my daughter. I called TicketCenter the next day and THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE HAD THE NERVE TO ARGUE WITH ME about their ticket link. The Guy (Middle Eastern Accent) refused to take any responsibility, blamed me for now going through the link that sends me to ticket master EVEN THOUGH THE VENUE CLERK WAS ALSO GOING THROUGH MY LINK THAT DAY AT THE VENUE. We missed the show, it's a week later and I am still fighting to receive my refund. I WILL NEVER USE TICKET CENTER AGAIN. read more

Parking pass for an event is not valid until immediately before event starts with no ability to arrive early enough to actually get into the venue on time. Ticket Center claims this information is stated clearly at time of purchase which is not correct, as I took screenshots of my purchase process and order summary. On 12/28/2024 I purchased men's basketball tickets for a California Baptist University (CBU) game, which were charged at $52 per ticket. However, when I printed the tickets, I discovered that the actual cost was only $8.00 each. This means I was charged 600% more than the original price. What should have been a $24 purchase for three tickets ultimately cost me $156.00. I find this company to be a rip-off. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and appear to buy tickets only to inflate the prices significantly. Poor costumer service, no manager, provided my credit card with a final sale agreement when I asked my credit card to take charge back since I never accepted the tickets because they were for a different event than the one I wanted. Ticket-center took the tickets back, Amex charged my credit card due to the final sale agreement. Sent an email stating the dispute is closed.
