Overall, a good experience. However, buyers should absolutely be aware that this is a ticket broker or a platform for resellers. Think of it as the eBay of tickets but with less transparency regarding who you're buying from & their trust rating. I would love it if tickets-center.com would add profiles of the resellers with ratings, like what eBay does. The lack of information on the seller is the reason for my 1-star deduction on my rating. Other than that, it was a very good experience overall. *Bear in mind that, going in, I expected astronomical prices, the name not matching on my ticket, etc. - all things you'd expect if you bought tickets from a 'scalper' outside the venue.* My experience: my wife and I decided last minute to attend a show that was 2 days away and almost completely sold out. On the event's actual website, there were no 2 seats available together at all. So, I went to tickets-center.com and found the tickets I wanted...2 tickets seated together and were great seats actually. They were absolutely overpriced, but again, I expected that as it was a sold-out show and this is a platform for resellers. The tickets were selling for around $118/each on the venue's site & were selling for ~$250/each on tickets-center.com for the same level/type of ticket. We showed up on the night, the tickets scanned just fine, & no one else showed up to say that they had the same ticket (my biggest fear, actually!). Interestingly enough, everyone in my row had purchased resold tickets, but from different outlets (StubHub, etc.). Even though all the tickets were bought on different platforms, they all had the same name on them! In other words, someone went in when the tickets were released, bought the whole row, and then sold them on different platforms...& probably made a ton of money! If you go in with the understanding that it's a reseller, it'll be expensive, and there's a little more risk than normal...then you'll probably have a good experience. Cheers! read more

Buyer Beware - Misleading and Overpriced I had a very disappointing experience with Tickets Center. The website is designed in a way that makes you think you're purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster or an official source, which is extremely misleading. After selecting tickets and proceeding to checkout, the final price ended up being nearly double what the same tickets were selling for on other legitimate platforms. The additional fees and markups only became clear at the final stage, after going through the entire purchase process. This feels deceptive and intentionally confusing for customers. If I had realized upfront that this was a resale site with such inflated pricing, I never would have used it. I was trying to buy tickets right now to see my High School Alma mater play in the CA state high school championship at the Golden 1 Center, home of the Sacramento Kings. I ordered and paid for tickets to a WNBA game. When I tried to download the tickets to my Apple Wallet, I got a message that I couldn't download the tickets. Soon, I received an email that the seller had cancelled the transaction. When, I tried to get a refund, Ticket center said that they contacted the seller and the transaction was not cancelled by them. I even sent a screenshot so that the seller had cancelled the transfer. They sold me a parking pass for SAP center that was downtown San Jose off 3rd street. I bought center orchestra, row G, seats for "Fallen Angels," months ago. They committed to emailing tickets for me to print. ("Every ticket listed on Tickets Center is authentic and verified from trusted sellers") Three days before show time I had not received tickets and contacted their chat line to be informed that "tickets are often held until the final 24 hours by venues..." The day before the show I received an email saying "Updated expected delivery" and "Your tickets for Fallen Angels will be arriving soon!" On the day of the show I again sent them a message asking about my tickets. Then, four hours before showtime, I received a phone call saying my seats were no longer available but I could exchange for seats further back and at the far end of a row, close to a wall, or in a box, with an incentive of $500. My family and I prefer center orchestra and I declined. They cancelled my tickets and promised to return my money, which I have not yet received. Best guess is that these were house seats and the theater was able to sell them for more than the already exorbitant price, I paid. Most disappointing, to say the least, but I see there are very many who also give this service a one-star rating. Find another place to get your theater tickets. read more

This place is an absolute sham. Their name and even the layout of their website mimics Ticketmaster, which if you're not reading closely, you will miss. They also pay Google to be one of the first searches that comes up for events (which I wish Google would vet more carefully). But ultimately they are ticket scalpers. They charge double and sometimes even triple what tickets cost through the Venue or Ticketmaster. They also do not send you your tickets right away, the tickets may not be sent out until an hour before the event starts. No customer service besides the chat, and when you call the customer service line, and put in your order number, it will say that your order does not exist. BEWARE! I bought two tickets to Hamilton in March for a July performance. Tickets were never transferred electronically the day before as promised. When I called they said the tickets were sold to someone else in April. They tried to keep my $372 and my tickets without any notification. They kept telling me that the tickets had not been release by the vendor so, I called the vendor directly who stated that all tickets had been released. I then received a call today from ticket-center stating that they were told by the vendor that they would not be able to honor the sale and would be cancelling and refunding my order. I purchased tickets from TicketsCenter for Earth, Wind, and Fire at the Hollywood Bowl. Then I thought I should probably check the reviews for the company. I have to say that I was fairly alarmed when I read all of the one star reviews. My email from the company said that my tickets would be delivered by July 1. The concert was July 2. I figured the most I could do would be to wait and see if the tickets arrived. The tickets did arrive electronically on June 22. We went to the concert last night and all is well. I believe that the tickets were in line with ticket prices through other companies. I had no issues with the purchase, receiving the tickets, or the tickets working once we arrived at the venue. read more

I bought Nutcraker Ticketsf for the Ellie Caulkins Opera House performance in October for December. I thought I was using the Opera House site however, it was not the case. This site looks legit but is a third party reseller site. (They never tell you this while you are at check out, they tell you have 10 mins to pay or else you lose out on the tickets in your cart. They do not send your the tickets until the night before the performance via email in a PDF and they make you print them out on a physical printer! They do not use Apple Wallet or mobile apps -red flag. I was crossing my fingers and hoping my ticket scanned. I was questioned multiple time by the staff at the venue because they looked fake. However, there were legit. I will never use them again, there is no customer service support, you are put in AI bot hell when you ask a question.
