My boyfriend and I are…read morealways looking for cool date ideas, and Rooftop Cinema Club in Lincoln Road was honestly a vibe. From the moment you walk in, the place sets the mood. There's this retro-style entrance with a mini food truck setup where you can grab snacks, drinks, and even cocktails before heading up. It already feels like an experience before the movie even starts. Then you get to the rooftop--and wow. Open-air cinema, Miami skyline, perfect weather... it doesn't get more "Miami night" than that. They give you wireless headphones so you can fully immerse yourself in the movie without distractions, which I thought was such a cool touch. We watched The Dark Knight, one of our favorites, and seeing Heath Ledger as the Joker on a rooftop under the Miami sky? Unreal. Still the best Joker, in my opinion. The whole experience felt relaxed, different, and honestly kind of romantic without trying too hard. Perfect for a date night or just doing something out of the usual dinner routine. Definitely adding this to our list of go-to Miami date spots.

I didn't realize this was a headphone thing; they provide headphones that you have to use to listen to the audio. They were not extremely comfortable (hurt my ears by the end) and the sound quality was bad, and I'm not much of an audio snob so they must have been really bad for me to notice. Also near the end they just switched and started playing the audio out loud for no particular reason, which just made me wish it had been that way the whole time. The food was also not great; I got the nacho dog and every piece of it was not quite right; chips a little stale, dog a little waterlogged, just not great. The drinks were pretty good; I got the strawberry daiquiri and another one whose name I forget, but both were pretty good. And the general experience of being on a rooftop watching a movie was still as fun and novel as you'd expect. Bathrooms were fine, parking was easy. If a movie I wanted to see was playing and someone invited me, I'd be happy to go again, but I probably won't suggest it.

We got there early to hopefully make it close to the screen. The pop-up concept sounded popular and I knew the lot that was being used wasn't that big right off the 17th st causeway. Even though we were plenty early the first couple rows were full of cars. There was alot of like minded people just happy to be out seeing a movie under the evening sky. We still landed a nice spot though. It was actually a perfect night despite it being a little warm. I parked my SUV backwards and we popped the hatch to sit in the back. We prepped a couple drinks and snacks and I tested that the sound from the radio channel sounded good. Everything was nice, I even remembered to bring some chairs in case we wanted to sit in front. The movie was great. The picture was clear and the sound was as well. We had seen "Dirty Dancing" plenty of times before so we were able to just enjoy being there and talk some as we knew the beats of the movie already. We made the right call for a Friday night, it was perfect.

We sure are! and as soon as we saw that this pop-up drive in was happening we stalked their site to see what movies they were playing. As you can imagine movies are not new releases but they sure picked some good "rewatchables" and we decided to go on a Friday, to start our weekend in the right relaxing note, and watch Dirty Dancing. The place was well organized, they had people to check you in (no contact, once you bought your tickets you are on the list and they scratch you up upon arrival). Then guys with mask guide you to your parking spot and that's it. You set up and enjoy the movie. The same guys that helped park also did rounds to make sure everyone had their car lights off and were all practicing social distancing. They also had two food trucks and a tent with drinks and snacks for purchase, again, everyone wearing masks. The movie was timed perfectly to start playing as soon as the sun went down to give us the best view on the screen. Great way to spend our Friday and do something (safe) out of the house during COVID times.

The soft drinks and popcorn is refillable which is great as food is quite expensive. They have a bar and a video game area. The seats were comfortable but don't recline which wasn't terrible but makes us consider other theatres that do have reclining seats. It looked clean but had a funky smell when you walked in. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because of the conditions of the bathrooms. THEY WERE DISGUSTING! There was toilet paper all over the floor all the stalls were dirty(floor and toilet seats) and they smelled. I know the there are many people a day coming in and out but someone should check on them once in a while. I did not see a cleaning log like other bathrooms so I assume they are only cleaned at the start of the day? Some of the stalls were closed with tape on the doors. Every other area of the theatre seemed well kept, not sure why the bathrooms can't be too. This is an easy fix if management cares.

We went to this theater to take our 4-year-old to her first movie and saw the 12:45 showing of Moana. We had a great experience! I have to say I was impressed with the concession food lol. We went all out since it was her first experience. We did have to wait a bit for corn dog nuggets, but I was surprised at the large serving we received and how good they actually were lol. It was easy to book seats ahead of time and get to the theater. The seats were very roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. Parking was easy to find in the parking garage (though I don't know how it would be at night). And my child had fun playing in the arcade area afterward too. My husband pointed out the bar which I hadn't noticed but will have to take advantage of next time. We also did not order any food to our seats which I guess is an option. I will say I was surprised that the previews lasted an entire 30 minutes prior to the movie. I don't remember them being that long before (be it in Regal or AMC). Nevertheless, we had no complaints and will definitely be back to this theater!

The two Roman pillars don't feel intimidating at all, they actually guide you into the experience, welcoming you into a lobby filled with posters of acclaimed and classic films that instantly set the tone You're then greeted by an incredible team, Conny and Mary, who truly feel like part of the show. From freshly popped warm popcorn to a variety of seasonings like BBQ, garlic parmesan, and caramel sea salt (yes, you'll want to try them all ), the concessions feel like a nostalgic treat. They've got all the classics, M&M's, Crunch, and even elevated options like crystallized almonds and cashews. Plus, sodas and even local beers? A perfect lineup Conny and Mary are always smiling, clearly enjoying what they do, and it shows. After the movie, I noticed the theater unfortunately left messy by some attendees, but they handled it with grace and never missed a beat. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed The programming is another highlight. You can always count on a curated selection, old-school classics, Sundance-worthy films, and international gems from Latin America, Europe, and Asia. It's something you don't easily find elsewhere in Miami, making this place truly special It's also a fantastic spot for seniors or international audiences who prefer films in their native language. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their European selection Thank you, Mary and Conny, for making it so memorable. To all cinephiles: this is where you come to experience film the way it was meant to be seen: pure, artistic, and immersive

I love going to the falls because of the dog, friendly environment, the beautiful landscapes, the variety of stores, and it being a wonderful place to people watch, eat and shop. The movie theater here used to be a choice. Now it is a destination. I love to go here because they feature some of the best movies and they have the most comfortable seats at any theater I've been to. There are two options, the first being a standard seat which both reclines and has multiple adjustments to make it extremely comfortable and see the movie well. The second our couches which are kind of fun and romantic, although very close to the screen and sometimes hard to watch the movie well. It is noted that when fully reclined it is hard to navigate drinking your beverage, but hey, comfort comes at a price. Is not all that difficult to put the seat up a bit or sit up to drink the beverage. The screens are perfect sizes for the different rooms and the sound systems are more than adequate to provide a wonderful movie experience. The theaters kept cleaner than most which is a big plus. The menu is not as extensive or as fancy as it's some theaters. It is however acceptable for movie night. I have tried most of the food and I have to say the pizza is awful. However, the sandwiches and salads are surprisingly good. On par with many restaurants. They are not fast food type sandwiches as both the hamburgers and chicken sandwiches taste freshly made and are both satisfying and quantity and taste great. The milkshakes are another highlight and if you ask for them thick, they will make it that way. They're delicious. The service is stand out good. They hire people that are extremely pleasant and serve relatively quickly depending on how many orders they are handling. Keeping in mind this is not a full restaurant kitchen. I think they do a great job. My major criticism is as part of the Regal family of theaters, I would think that they would offer the same perks. While my monthly dors include movies here at no additional cost, my annual club membership for half price popcorn and sodas is not honored here. And we all know the exorbitant price of theater sodas and popcorn. So if I'm not planning to eat, the same movie costs me considerably more if I come here than if I go to another Regal theater. If not for that, this would be my regular place to watch movies. Overall, this is a top movie destination for that night out of dinner and a movie when you want it all in one place. As a bonus, they have a really pleasant bar area, which is a bit open if you wanna have more intimate discussions, but as a place to hang out and get a drink. It is really quite nice and they have creative beverages for those who like such things. Highly recommended.
