Tuna Crudo appetizer is not worth the $20. Very thin slices of tuna (2oz or 56 gm) with an avocado mousse, citrusy flavor.

We put an RSVP on OpenTable with a special request to celebrate birthday and to please have a candle for the dessert for our son. We were greeted and then seated on the upper floor. The music was EDM, loud, and repetitive. Our server (Franz?) I think his name was - looked disengaged once we didn't order any alcohol beverages. He took a long time to come by and take our orders. He didn't offer any Parmesan cheese or cracked pepper. Maybe not a thing at the restaurant? The food was good. Pizza was nice and the dishes were tasty. The tiramisu dessert was mid and I wouldn't order it again. We were disappointed that when asked what the special occasion was and we were celebrating a birthday - there were no acknowledgment at all like at the other restaurants we attended. Not sure if it's the server or the restaurant but attention to detail goes a long way. We'll be back for the pizza next time and will request to sit downstairs. 3.5/5

What a great place! Setting is very modern, and they are relatively new- open for 1 year! Don't sleep on this place! Great Italian food! We ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, Florentine medaglioni, Margarita pizza, and the TiAmo salad. We also got the tiramisu, mango cheesecake, and the cannoli's for dessert. Our waiter Santiago was phenomenal! Great attention and really knew his recommendations, as the few things he mentioned ended up being some of the main things he suggested. The Florentine was what I got and it was SO creamy and rich. It came with probably 7/8 pastas. The sauce was something I will probably try to recreate at home (and probably not even come close to how good it was! lol) Atmosphere was elegant, modern, and they played light and fun house music. It's 2 levels and the upstairs does have a bathroom. They take reservations online and there is metered street parking nearby! If ever in Montreal again, this will be a top contender to come back to!

We went to this restaurant for dinner on our first night in Montreal. The restaurant was very cute in terms of appearance. Lots of greenery and cute decor. The size of the establishment seemed to be a relatively good size. They did have enough seating to host our party of 7 (including a baby). The service pretty good and the food did come out pretty fast. Our server was nice and he did speak English. I got the margarita pizza and the fettuccine alfredo. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Super cheesy.the fettuccine Alfredo was just as good. There was chicken i. The pasta as well. The food was hot and the wait was not long at all. No complaints. I would definitely recommend this location.

Montreal now has world class pizza! After many years of coming here and being forced to eat…read morepoutine, smoked meat, great steaks, and Canadian interpretations on various cuisines ... I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Special shout out to the lovely ladies that danced through the entire preparation of my pie. Loved everything about this place!

New Montreal style pizza…read more Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.
