I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. New Montreal style pizza. Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? This is what a pizza slice place should be. Bouquet offers a tasty modern NYC style slice at the right price. The crust is thin - but not too thin - and has a very satisfying chew to it. Toppings are flavourful and meet the crust more than halfway. It's a pretty hip scene up in Rosemont these days so you can eat your slice on the street side bench and check out people just being cool (or be checked out if that is your vibe) read more

Unless you want to go to NY city, this is as good as NY style pizza gets. Little Italy never disappoints when it comes to pizza, but this is definitely my favourite spot in the area! You'll often see a line to order a slice, but trust me it is worth the wait! There is a good amount of variety, with new stuff hitting the menu often. My personal favourite is the deluxe (goat cheese, olives, sun dried tomatoes) among their other vegetarian options. If you'd like to order a full pizza, try to call early in the day as their order list fills quickly. However, if you'd just like a slice you can walk in anytime. While there is hardly any space inside (no sit-down tables), there are lots of fantastic parks nearby that you can eat in. Love love love this place!! read more

5 stars doesn't do this place justice. I would give more stars if I could. Very low key pizza joint in Beaubien area serving high quality pizza. I discovered this place last week and have returned twice since. Pizzas are on thin crust, nice and crispy underneath but still delicate and chewy; tomato sauce is fresh; toppings are well-chosen and balanced. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nice selection of drinks (try the Seltzers... they are SO good). Will definitely be returning to Pizza Bouquet. read more

I was walking down the street and saw 2 guys eating pizza, it looked good and they told me they got it down the street and it is good. So I went to check it out, turns out you have to order ahead of time if you want to get a pie because they have so many orders already, but they told me that if I just ordered one pizza they could do it right then. I got the pizza with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and onions. It was debit or cash only, I barely had enough cash to cover it and the guy said as long as I was close it was good enough. This is the new restaurant sharing the space with perfect local dive bar, Notre Dame des Quilles. It is also perfect. We've been here a couple times with groups grabbing beers and it's so nice that folks can choose if they want to grab a slice of of something - pepperoni, or a delicious potato pizza - or get in on a whole pie. Their basic margherita is just right - lovely fresh subtle sauce, excellent buttery light crust, quality cheese, good all around.
