Our first night in Montreal, and N 900 is next to our hotel, which worked out great. The pizzas are made right before your eyes, and there's nothing like pizza right out of a brick oven, has a nice local vibe, like the place to go on the weekend, and we were warmly greeted even though we do not speak French. Great pizza. The Margarita with the basil, and mozzarella, with the perfect crust. We're off to a great start to our vacation.

Fantastically simple Naples style pizza with superb toppings that don't overwhelm you but keep you enjoying every bite. The portion was decent, one pizza is good for one but with a salad shared you could get away with sharing one pizza and a salad and leave satisfied. The drink selection was decent as well. This place you cannot go wrong. The flavor of the crust was simply amazing.

This place was great! I stopped in by myself and appreciated that they have bar seating for solo diners, such a nice touch! The service was quick, the staff were kind, and the restaurant had a cozy, small vibe. The pizza felt fairly authentic to Italian pizza, which I love. I'd definitely come back if I lived closer!

    Margherita Antica with Red Ale

I order Margherita pizza wherever I go. I have accumulated numerous experiences in various world cities. I can honestly say their Margherita Antica is one of the best I've had. The cheese, the sauce, the crust were all spectacular. Admittedly, I was starving when I ventured in on a rainy night, but this really hit the spot. The restaurant itself is very nice and trendy. The staff were great as well.

We ate here on the night of our arrival to Montreal after driving 6 hours from NYC. The 10" pizzas looked big but were easily consumed by one person due to the thin crust. The crust was perfect and the fresh ingredients complemented it perfectly. Must try!

Just yum. Ordered an Italian soda (oranginata- yum). Asked the server for his reco for pizza, and he suggested the mild sausage. It was delicious. It's a thin, crispy and slight chewy crust. Make sure to use the chili oil, it really does add a perfect level of spiciness to the pizza! Hands down the best pizza I have had in Montreal and Toronto. I would get this again! It is bookmarked so that I have it ready when I return to Montreal. One thing I would not recommend is the fig and prosciutto salad- not great, but the pizza more than made up for it.

First time trying neopolitan pizza. For those who don't know, neopolitan pizza is like thin crust, but with quality ingredients. Fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, ham, and mushrooms. It's not overly salty or doused in layers of melted cheese like American pizza. I especially enjoyed the accompanying spicy oil (so that's what fresh olive oil tastes like!). Service was attentive and professional. Our waiter seated us right away, took our orders in a timely manner, refilled our waters, and packed our leftover pizza slice for us. They have an open kitchen, so you can watch as they bake the pizza. I actually recommend sitting by the open window seating area, since it can get hot inside. Plus, you can enjoy people watching. Highly recommend checking this pizzeria out if you're ever in the area.

Appetizer was okay. Pizza? Fantastic! Seriously, party of two here agreed that this was one of the best pizzas either of us ever had to date. Pies are 10" so would recommend ordering two if sharing a Marguerite type. The front/street-side tables should prob be swapped or rearranged as i couldn't pull my chair out due to another patron's chair being perpendicular to mine. We had to move our table a bit so that both myself and other patron could both move our chairs. Service was also lacking: very slow due to our server chatting up some ladies; we refilled our own waters with carafe within reach; and another server picked up trash and dirty dishes from table; and we had to request our bill at the counter. The service cost a star here. Quality and taste of food would take me back but service needs improved. I hope the fella at least got a phone #!

The best meal I've had while in Montreal. Wood fired pizza, fresh salad and cannoli to die for. Excellent service and great atmosphere. So glad we wandered in there for lunch today.

Delicious! Burrata, salad, and this wonderful pizza!

Very attentive service, amazing food, and I wish that I had two stomachs to eat more pizza and then a dessert.

The service was very friendly and nice. The food was very good with the margarita being very soft and light. The salad was very fresh, with the burrata it was a pleasant combo. The drink was mediocre. It was on the pricier end however.

No. 900 on the edge of old Montreal (I think it is on McGill St) was such a treat! I got to know, in a very little way mostly, and more extensively in one case, all of the staff that run the front of house. Delightful, all of them! Kind of a graduate student crowd, very efficient, friendly, smart, and pleasant to talk to. I don't drink so I didn't try beverages. I was in town for the week so got to try several pizzas. The one that says it is spicy, is SPICY. I was at my limit but the delicious outweighed the spice and I did end up eating it all (in two sittings, not one!). I especially liked the milder italian sausage pizza and so wanted to try more of them.

Wish they would have told us it was going to be last call before we tried to order one more drink. The server told us that the bar closed ten minutes ago, and was very apologetic. So we ordered another pizza to go. We also had our last meal there. It was a little busy and they were short-staffed so they did not come around much and it took a long time to get our food that time. But it was worth it. Pizza is very good. So we're the meatballs.

I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.
