There are a number of signature pizzas they offer or you can also build your own. I've tried many of them but my favourite was always The Diabolo. Sadly, it was recently removed from their menu but with the help of a chef who worked here for a while we were able to mostly recreate it. Tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, Calabrese sausage, and the most important piece: garlic oil! The only thing missing was eggplant which they didn't carry any more. Spano telles me it is greek and i usually do not have a good experience with a greek pizza. I love Italian. But i took a chance anyway. The pizza had a nice crust but not a dough that you find under an Italian one. the garnish was tasty. actually, this pizza was better tasting than some Italian joints i went to.
