She moved to a new location that is tucked into the lower back of the building and is a bit difficult to find since it is accessed through another business. I just needed the straps of the dress to be shorter and for the tulle/lace in the front to be replaced with fabric from the dress. First, they lost the replacement fabric I provided. Next, they cut the straps of the dress dramatically and changed the entire structure of the dress to an unwanted empire waist dress! After crying in the store from being groped (yes, groped) and gaslit by the rude staff, they promised to correct their mistake and for me to come back. After coming back two more times (each the dress straps were not adjusted as requested), they let out the bust of the dress. This was not requested at all and now my perfect dress is a complete disaster! The staff at Lee's Tailors managed to destroy not only the dress but the vision for my wedding. After going back and forth to them FIVE times, I managed to get my dress from them. Now, I have to either purchase a replacement dress or find another seamstress all before my wedding in three weeks!! I'm completely screwed and left scrambling!
