Mochi cakes I have tried: -Cinnamon Sugar Donut was deliciously sweet and had a nice soft and chewy bite to it. The outside is dusted with cinnamon sugar which adds to the donut aspect of it. -Thai Tea was a bit of a let down as I was expecting more of a sweet bite but it was more of a savory bite. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but I personally love it when my Thai Tea Boba drinks are sweet and was expecting the same with this mochi cake. -Banana Chocolate Chip was the perfect balance of chocolate, banana and mochi! Seriously loved the flavor of this one and might have to buy a full (a dozen) next time I order. I also had the pleasure of trying her Oreo Snow Bars which are essentially like rice krispy treats but more mellow on the marshmallow and with an added salt factor which helps to balance it out. It is so worth the little package it comes in and packed with Oreos in every bite! There are instructions for how to store your mochi cakes properly so that you get the best flavor from them, and even a little note on how to AIR FRY them back to goodness should you chose to refrigerate them. You simply order online, as late as the morning of if you like (but you can also set a custom subscription), then pick up your vegetarian Indian bagged lunch around noon at the designated location. My meal always came with rice, bread, and 2-3 curry or other entree dishes. As a non-Indian person, I have always enjoyed Indian food, but this place especially turned me on to strictly vegetarian options... always delicious, while still hearty and healthy! The owner and chef is a leader in this area of cuisine. I have interacted with him in person many times upon picking up my lunch, and he and his family are also very kind.
