We are so incredibly happy with our decision to have Michi's at our wedding! Since my husband and I cook a lot and truly value good food, catering was our top priority and Michi's did not disappoint! We had two tastings, one upon signing the contract and a final one closer to the date where we were able to bring along family and a close friend. They served us full plates of every dish so we even left with plenty of leftovers, which was such a fun bonus for us! Throughout the planning process, they were very easy to communicate with and were highly responsive via email. It was super convenient having them coordinate the table design at their warehouse, including the linens, plateware, and glassware. While the design meeting isn't a "boutique" curated experience, their warehouse has plenty of options to choose from if you already have a general color palette and vibe in mind. On the wedding day, the staff was extremely attentive and brought us hand rolls before cocktail hour even started to ensure we actually got to eat. The live hand roll station was a massive hit with our guests and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated how open they were to our custom cocktails; I provided my own recipe and li hing powder for a pineapple li hing margarita, which they executed perfectly. Cost-wise, this is not a budget vendor and is on the more expensive side. However, the full-service, high-touch planning and day-of experience, from the tastings to the seamless coordination of all design elements, completely justified the price. We wanted to hire for a wedding. They said our date was completely free and gave us a quote. Then a week later they said someone else had asked first. Then we told them we could move our wedding date and they told us their available dates. Then they gave us tasting times, and once we chose a tasting time, they never responded. Then they told us they were not interested in catering for us since we only had 150 people. Wedding planning is full of decisions and me, being pretty indecisive, knew that a lot of my mental headspace would go towards trying to choose between multiple vendors for certain aspects of our wedding. But for our food?? Nah. Michi's was the first and only caterer that was even in contention. We had our sights set on getting married at The Pearl in San Francisco, and it was so easy communicate with Raphael and Mike to lock in a date that both The Pearl and Michi's was available. Right off the bat, Raphael, Mike, and Michi were so welcoming to us. They brought us in for our first tasting, and before we had even left their parking lot, we knew we HAD to have them at our wedding. They prepared all of their top menu items for us, gave us cocktails to try, and sat with us as we got to listen to some of Michi's life lessons about love, eating well, and the importance of family. And to top it off, we had enough leftovers from that tasting to last us another 2 days. So obviously, we signed the contract the next day. Throughout our wedding planning journey, Michi's communication with us was top-notch. We found out that Michi's takes care of not only the food, but also they also take care of our service and coordination of all of the rentals (Plates, Cups, Forks, Chairs, Extra tables, Linens, etc). They facilitated all of our communication with Standard Rentals, which was a huge weight off our shoulders and one less thing to worry about as the day came closer. They even brought us in for a second tasting so we could finalize our menu, and once again, we left with happy bellies and more leftovers. Fast forward to our wedding - the day was a dream! Our final menu included: the famous Hand-Roll Bar, KBBQ tacos, pork belly baos, their special salad, garlic noodles, fried rice, garlic butter tri-tip, miso honey salmon, seasonal veggies and miso eggplant! We even had late night spam musubis passed out, which was so special to me, since that was the first thing I made for my now hubby. Every single person at the wedding raved about how good the food was - I had multiple people come up to me telling me that they tried all 7 of our handroll options... and even went back for more. We had guests with special dietary restrictions, and they were incredibly accommodating with everything for them as well. Throughout the wedding, Raphael and their team made sure that we were fed, and constantly checked in with us and even our vendor team to make sure things were going well. They say when you invest in a strong vendor team for your wedding, you won't have to worry about anything on your big day. This is a long overdue review but after almost a year after our wedding, our family and friends STILL talk about how amazing the food was to this day! And that's all thanks to the team at Michi's Catering. Wedding planning is no easy feat, especially if you're like me, who chose a venue that was pretty much a blank canvas with nothing provided and the logistics for the wedding needed a room flip of ceremony to reception. When I inquired with Mike and Raphael with these details, there was no hesitation at the complex logistics and they jumped right in and helped us in every step of the way throughout the entire planning process. I would like to point out they have never worked at the venue before either! They're a full-service catering and events team, meaning they don't just handle the food, they can also handle securing all of the rentals needed for the wedding (i.e. chairs, tables, tabletop items, glassware, linens, etc.), as well as pipe/draping decor, furniture rentals, and much more! Finding a catering vendor with this level of experience was a #1 priority for us, on top delicious food and amazing service. So it was a complete no brainer when it came to choosing Michi's for our wedding. Not to mention they were extremely responsive to every email I had sent (even when I sent one out in the middle of the night!) and always made sure to answer all of my questions carefully in clear detail. When it came to our tasting, everything was SO GOOD. They listened carefully to all the feedback we had on the dishes and made adjustments as needed per our preferences to make sure everything tasted the way we would like it. Not sure what I can say about Michi that hasn't already been said. True professionals. Delicious food. Consistent raves from our guests (from all walks of life) on everything, from the hand roll bar to the bao station to the passed apps, cocktails, and family-style meal. Michi's a preferred caterer at our reception venue, and when I was researching caterers, I found that a colleague had recently booked them for her wedding (thanks Yelp!) When I asked her for more details, she said they were their "non-negotiable vendor." And I'm happy to agree with her: From our initial contact to reception day, the Michi team was responsive, proactive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our initial tasting was at their kitchen in Campbell, where Mike sat down with us and explained every dish as it came out, answering all our questions in detail and even showing us a floorplan of how he envisioned the table setup at our venue. They work with an event rental company, so there's no need for you to worry about securing an extra vendor for tables, chairs, linens, and all the little things you totally want to be spending time and energy thinking about as you plan your wedding. A few months before the reception, we had our final tasting and drink selection, for which we were able to have up to 6 guests total (including ourselves). I would never have thought of having additional people come to the final tasting, but it was a huge plus to be able to bring both of our parents to the final tasting to get their opinions on the dishes, too! Other logistics things: you provide the alcohol, they'll provide mixers and staff. They've got a wide array of cocktails you can select from (and taste beforehand, adjusting to your liking). They managed to serve 6 dishes, family-style, including special plates for bride&groom and dietary restrictions, for ~140 guests, in about 30 minutes. You provide the cake, they'll provide a knife and serving utensil for the cake cutting and can cut/serve the rest out of sight. You're probably thinking, "wow this all sounds great...and it probably isn't cheap" and you're right. But the team is reasonable and will try to work with you on things in the contract if you have questions or concerns, and good food was our #1 priority for our guests. So bottom line, I have to echo my friend's comment, if I were to go back in time and do this again - I wouldn't consider anyone else. read more

They were the first vendor we booked after securing our venue, and we booked them even before trying their food. We had no issues with communication, which was done over email, and the response time was always faster than we expected. They are an experienced and efficient family-run business, and they have done countless weddings at Hakone, which was very important and reassuring to us. We had two tastings with them to decide on our menu, and we were blown away by the quality of the food and entire experience. Dinner was served family-style, but they also accommodated every single one of our guests with dietary restrictions at no extra charge and ensured they each got to enjoy a meal fit for their own diet. When you don't hire a wedding planner, you end up doing all the research for the perfect caterer. Let's just say that once I secured my venue, the food was the number one priority. This foodie was on a mission to find the best food for her wedding guests. After contacting a handful of caterers, I was so lucky to find Michi. Allow me to rave on how they made my wedding a success: 1. Communication: The Michi team responded to every single question and email. In fact, their response was as fast as a few hours and typically within 24 hours unless they were busy with another event. 2. Service: I love that their service allowed me to rent table linens, napkins, flatware, wine glasses, cake table, cake knife, etc. Their team composed of bartenders and servers. It's definitely a one stop shop, making it so convenient for the bride & groom. 3. Knowledgeable: I was very impressed that Michi familiarized themselves with the provided amenities at my venue (Hakone). If they didn't know the answer, they would directly contact the events manager/coordinator themselves to obtain the information. This really saved me time from going back and forth to line up the logistics. 4. Personalization: It was so awesome that they had options to choose the color of our napkin and table linen. I must also mention that they hand delivered three separate tasting sessions to our home to make sure we were fully satisfied with everything. It's unanimous - Michi's food is the best. This is not only from our wedding guests, but also from our other wedding vendors, who told us that they are so glad we booked their favorite caterer. If you are looking for anything Asian inspired - Michi is the caterer to go to. Before the wedding, Michi was provided us 2 separate tasting sessions (one final session just before finalizing our menu), to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting on the day of. Each of those sessions was a feast and we literally had leftovers for days afterwards because they provide generous portions and let you take home the leftovers. They even included some dishes that we didn't ask to taste! Michi's menu heavily favors Asian cuisine so I will focus on that. For our cocktail wedding they were able to provide 6 passed appetizers, a live sushi roll station, AND a charcuterie table. Everyone loved the sushi hand roll station and the appetizers. We chose to do dinner family style and had galbijjim and salmon for our mains along with the vegetables and carbs. The food was just as good during the wedding day as the tasting when we previewed it. For our vegan and vegetarian friends, Michi was also able to provide individual plates that were well-received. Michi doesn't cover dessert so we bought that separately but his team was able to serve the cakes. Lastly, we had duck baos and fried tofu for our after dinner snacks. By that time though, everyone was stuffed to the brim. Michi and team also provide a bartender (you have to buy the alcohol, but Michi provides the mixers) and let us choose 2 signature cocktails to serve. We chose a blueberry mojito (which we requested outside of their usual cocktail menu) and a yakult soju drink. The yakult soju drink was so popular with our guests that we actually ran out of yakult. Michi himself comes to the event and is highly interactive. It's clear that he has a strong passion for his work and cares about the couples that he works with. If there's any downside, it's that Michi is definitely not cheap - it could be a bit harder if you are on a budget. I believe their service accounted for about 50% of the overall cost of the wedding (but the cost includes rental of plates, linen, plates, etc. and bartending). Now for those of you reading this review believe me that if you hire Michi's Catering for your special event you will truly have some of the best catering ever! Having worked in the events/catering industry for over 13 years in the SF/HI/LA market, I've eaten A LOT of catering food! Not to mention my husband is a professional restaurant Chef...So trust me. The bar was set quite high! And what Michi's team did that blew us out of the water is clearly attributed to the following reasons they deserve 5 stars: 1. COMMUNICATION - As a bride, you have numerous things to think about, so the last thing you want to do is stress about your caterer which is going to be one of the most talked about things people won't forget about your wedding. Let's be real - catering is going to be the most expensive thing in your wedding budget which involves thousands of little details behind the scene to keep track of - so you want to put your trust in someone who is going to treat you and your money like VIP. No matter who you are. And Michi's team handled what felt-like-hundreds-of nit picky emails and questions from me like a black belt ninja! From the proposal phase through the day-of logistics, they responded with such grace and thoroughness in a blink of an eye! They replied to my emails and texts at the speed of lightening replying at all times of days/night, not missing a single question/beat. Caterer stress? Not this bride thanks to Michi's! 2. FRIENDLY/COURTEOUS - The guys were simply the most hospitable from the moment we met through day off. So patient and kind in every response. 3. EPIC TASTING - At the time we had our tasting Michi's kitchen was undergoing construction, so they offered to host a private tasting at our family's place. They made us feel like celebrities bringing their A-game to the house and wowing us with all of our options. They were also very open to feedback/adjustments. 4. FLEXIBILITY - Since my family is Thai and I used to be a professional pastry cook, I wanted to feature a few Thai dishes and desserts which they were open to executing. They crafted up some green curry and chicken satay my mom approved at the tasting, and also baked off my chocolate chip cookies I pre-baked at the wedding, so that we could have the warm cookies and milk shots I always dreamed of. 5. SIMPLY GOOD FOOD - Our final menu at the wedding ending up being a live sushi bar + variety of fresh/fried spring rolls to kick off as appetizers, a family style dinner consisting of a mixed green salad, sautéed green beans, Chilean sea bass (YUM), beef short ribs (to die for!!!), Thai green curry, Korean wild purple rice, and a live whole roast pig station (heck yea!). The food wasn't fancy, but just cooked right and done well with love! It tasted like home :). And that's exactly what we wanted! So many of our friends were foodies/hospitality workers/Chefs, and so many of them said we had the best food ever at our wedding. And I'd like to believe so, too! :) Thank you, Team Michi! From delivering a massive spread of food to our doorstep in SF during the tasting period, to making a celiac friendly gluten-free version of the entire dinner on the day of the wedding for my sister, my wife and I truly could not have asked for a more caring and thoughtful caterer to work with. If you are in search of a modern take on asian cuisine for your wedding, look no further. Michi's is everything you want, need, and more. I had a very specific vision for my wedding. Once I found out that Michi's offers a live sushi station, I was sold! How can you turn down sushi?! When it came to the food tasting, they not only offered one, but TWO tastings, and even encouraged us to bring our friends along to enjoy the experience. I had the hardest time choosing our wedding menu because everything was so good. Aside from their amazing food, they're just genuinely amazing people. Words cannot express the high standards that Raph and Mike set for vendor communication, service, and generosity. The Michi team will work hard to make your day stress free. **BEST DECISION EVER** The Results: I went to two weddings (Sat/Sun) and absolutely KNEW that our catering (Michi) would be 1000% better than my friend's caterers (sorry not sorry); both couples, our friends and family were absolutely amazed. Literally what made our entire event a SUCCESS! 10/10 would hire again! The Food: We had a sushi bar, where our guests could order customized hand rolls with fresh ingredients and fish. My husband's family (Japanese) are fishermen and they were VERY impressed by the sushi bar! The hors d'oeuvres were delicious, we had such a hard time figuring out which items to pick for our guests because everything Michi had to offer was SO good. The sashimi salad is my FAV. Garlic noodles were a MUST. All our guests had a favorite dish, from the miso pork belly baos, to the tri-tip, to the honey-glazed salmon, our menu was a hit! Michi was also VERY accommodating for our guests' special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, T1D, children, etc). The Drank: The Michi team worked with us to create soju/sake cocktails since our venue at Hakone Gardens does not allow for hard alcohol. We picked 3 kinds of soju/sake cocktails - and all our guests LOVED the drinks they came up with. We renamed our cocktails to fit our theme :) Mike had informed us just how many bottles of soju, wine and beer we would need to get ourselves, and even helped transport the alcohol to our venue. The Service: One of the main reasons I wanted Michi (besides their amazing asian-fusion food) was for their full-experience of services from providing the linens, the glassware, table service, cocktail hour, bartending, etc! They are also the preferred caterer for Hakone Gardens, a BEAUTIFUL venue, which is so lovely to work with as well. Michi has done many events at Hakone, they got everything down to a T. They were so organized and SO easy to work with. I had no stress at all, and every one of our guests were fed well and taken care of! The Michi team was so attentive and helpful, my father-in-law said that the service was EXCEPTIONAL and he was so pleasantly surprised at how professional and amazing the entire team was on execution! The Planning: I literally planned my event around the availability of Michi and Hakone - which conveniently fell on July 1st, my 10-year dating anniversary with my husband :) It was a sign! Working with Mike and Raphael, Michi's sons, was a delight! They are very communicative and transparent and I really appreciated them taking the time to answer all my questions that became humongous email threads (sorry!). We started conversations in June 2021, and covid was ongoing (still going) - they were so generous to give my in-laws a to-go tasting, to get a preview of what they had to offer. When Michi's kitchen opened up again in the beginning of 2022, they gave us another chance to experience their full menu taste-test, and it was SO amazing - I won't get into detail about that, because you'll have to experience yourself! The Cost: WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Michi is SO accommodating and transparent with their prices; if you have a specific budget you need to work with, they will work with you! They charge per person, so know your guest count. We started off at 75 people, and ended up at 124. There was plenty of food for everyone to get seconds, but everyone was full! I didn't have a wedding planner, and I planned everything on my own until 4 months before the event I hired my auntie who is a professional wedding planner. Michi made everything easy for me; I felt very confident in their knowledge and skills, and am very happy that I chose to build our event around their availability. Thank you Michi for coming to see us, and for the lovely personalized cutting board and organic bread from your daughter :) Thank you Mike and Raphael for being so sweet (my cousin-in-law went to HS with Raphael!) and accommodating to me and our family. Michi was by far our favorite wedding vendor! They are more than a caterer and creators of delicious food, they are truly a SERVICE company. When we couldn't do our 1st tasting in person due to the pandemic, they dropped off a ton of food at our house and even with extra sushi, even though we didn't ask for it and weren't planning on doing the sushi station! They patiently answered all of our questions and for the day of the wedding, helped warm cookies we got from another store, printed all the signs for the cocktail hour stations and dessert station, and brought us a sample plate of all the cocktail hour food we were too busy to try during actual cocktail hour haha. And of course, their food is OUTSTANDING. One of my friends said she cried when she ate the potatoes au gratin and all of our guests were raving about the duck bao station and how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Michi was also a great partner in the wedding planning process and have so much experience and guidance to offer. We had them handle ordering all the barware - and there was magically a backbar set up that looked amazing (I didn't even think to ask for one), and they brought so many non-alcoholic drink options and made mocktails that our guests loved! When our planner was running late to our venue walk through, Mike turned into our planner and walked through all the areas of our venue with us and shared tips on what to do with the different spaces, which was super helpful. Booking Michi's Catering for our wedding was the best decision we made! Michi and his team were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the very start. We met with Michi and his sons, Raphael and Mike, several times during the planning process to discuss our wedding menu and dinnerware. They were always patient and helpful, and were so quick to answer all of our questions whenever we reached out. They also worked with us to create a custom menu that was so unique and different from traditional wedding food--one of the main reasons why we chose them. We were able to personalize it to reflect our own tastes and preferences, and we were able to include some of our favorite dishes. On the day of our wedding, our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was--especially the DIY handrolls! It was such a hit! Choosing Michi to cater the food at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We highly recommend them for the delicious food, unique experience and their professional service. During the initial wedding planning, my partner and I were set on having Asian food and were debating between several catering services and a few Chinese restaurants. In hindsight we absolutely made the right decision of going with Michi. There are several things I want to highlight while working with Michi. - The food was simply amazing. Especially the appetizers. Many guests have claimed that "we've been to several weddings and this is by far the best food we've ever had" - Michi offers a unique experience. I especially want to highlight the handroll sushi bar. Not only do guests get to see them make the handrolls live, but they also get to customize what protein they want to have. Many of our guests ordered multiple handrolls at a time. They were that good. - Michi does an amazing job catering to any special dietary requests offering customized meals for your guests. In our case, we had guests who were vegetarian and pescatarian, and both complimented how amazing their meals were! - The drinks were delicious! I'm not much of a drinker and generally prefer water over other beverages. However, their drinks were so good that I had to make am exception. - Michi is extremely fast at responding. Generally we would get responses within 24 hours. Responses may take slightly longer during the weekends since they're usually catering at events then. - If your event is at Hakone, Michi knows the venue inside out. They needed 0 coordination from us. They were on the ball for everything, and even made sure to inform us on what exactly we need to prepare or bring. This makes things easier if you don't have a coordinator or your coordinator is new to the venue. For our wedding we actually didn't get a coordinator, and Michi's familiarity with Hakone was a big factor we took into consideration. As mentioned in the TLDR, we are so happy that we chose Michi to cater for our special day. 100,000% would choose Michi Catering all over again for any event that requires catering. Everyone we've chatted with after our wedding has said the food was amazing and they were so full at the end of the night. They were amazed by how often the appetizers came around during cocktail hour. None of the guests had to scout for those food trays because they came around so often. We chose Michi Catering because of the variety of options they are able to make and the LIVE SUSHI STATION. I'm pretty sure as soon as they mentioned that, I looked to my (now) husband and my eyes were saying 'we need to hire them'. We both love sushi and it was a huge hit at the wedding. We communicated with both Mike and Raphael throughout our planning phase and they were very responsive, even if it was just a simple question. We love that they're AAPI + family owned; and they're just super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely made things less stressful and they absolutely delivered on the day-of. The only thing I'm sad about is that I didn't get to eat everything on our wedding day but at least we tried everything during the food tasting :) If you end up hiring Michi, make sure you eat! read more

Is it the middle of the night and you're thinking of what caterer to pick for your wedding or your event? Have you compared a few different caterers and don't know what sets them apart? Do you want to get good value for your money? STOP YOUR SEARCH. Michi Catering is incredible. Hard stop. But if you want to know why: Food - Sure my wedding was beautiful. But the number one thing people kept on telling me was the food. We had so much fun picking the menu with the incredible variety and quality of ingredients that Michi offered. It was the ultimate combination of all the Asian cuisines we love. The live station was so unique. Lamb and sea bass were standouts. Drinks - Michi had offered so much variety in cocktails and the bartenders were fire. If it wasn't my wedding, I would've had more. Service - The Michi team goes above and beyond to service guests. We had a guest whose dietary restrictions weren't known before the event, and Mr. Michi himself went to make her a special dish. I didn't even know about this until after the wedding but it warmed my heart that he went above and beyond to take care of my guests as I would have. Value - Most importantly, picking Michi means that you get a lot of value for your money. When comparing vendors, it's hard to understand the apples to apples comparison of what's included/not included. The biggest difference of Michi's package is that it includes rentals from Standard. But there's nothing Standard about these rentals. The rentals have a lot of variety that you can put together a magazine worthy event without paying anything extra for design of plates, cutlery, glassware, and linens. This is HUGE savings. Michi Fam - More important than the catering vendor is the people behind the service. I have so much respect and adoration for the Michi family. This is a family run business and I had the biggest smile on my face every time I got to see Mr. Michi throughout the tastings and the day of the event. read more

If your goal is to have your wedding guests rave about the food from your wedding, hire Michi as your caterer. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and are so grateful we hired Michi and his family! His sons Raphael and Mike are very responsive and easy to communicate with. They take care of all linen, flatware, and heat lamp rentals, as well as the bar service (all except the actual alcohol - you provide). They have a great sense of design to boot. Michi is also incredibly flexible with dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences. Even though we elected family style dining, all guests with dietary limitations were given their own personalized plate. We found out one day before the wedding a guest needed an adjustment (soft foods), and Michi was able to make a meal just for them. We are forever grateful for their accommodations! 10/10 would hire Michi again and would recommend them to anyone else planning their wedding! P.S. Go with the garlic noodles. I wish I could give this entire team 10 stars!! We are so thankful to have found Michi and even more grateful that they were available for our wedding day. Honestly, words cannot express how AMAZING the entire team is. Michi is an all-service caterer, and trust me, you'll need a team that can handle not only food, but day-of logistics, rentals, bar, etc. and as detail-oriented as this team. Process & Logistics: The process of working with them from Day 1 has been seamless. Since this was our first wedding, we had a million questions and Michi team was patient enough to answer all of them - seriously, there are probably over 50 email threads of questions that we had. Tasting: They were willing to accommodate, not one, but TWO tastings during COVID to ensure that we were able to finalize the menu we wanted for all portions of our wedding including cocktail hour, reception and late night snacks. Day-Of: Michi brought a crew to service our wedding and made sure everything was FLAWLESS. The entire night ran so smoothly from cocktail hours to reception to late night. Our guests were singing praises throughout the night. Food: We're not biased but we think this is probably the best wedding food we've had, ever. Our guests had a lot of compliments to give about all the things they ate throughout the night. Even our parents raved about the food - and Asian parents are the hardest to please. Everything was fresh, made onsite. You can definitely taste all the effort and love that went into each dish. We greatly appreciate being able to customize the menu to our taste with Michi team. EXTRAS: We ran into a few logistical issues when we had changed our ceremony from indoor to outdoor at the very last minute and Michi was more than willing to help us in any way they could. It was so comforting to know that they had our back, even if it wasn't part of their job. In addition, we were super careful and wanted to ensure COVID vaccination and testing from our guests and vendors. Michi catered our August wedding at Hakone Gardens for 100 people, and I could not be more happy with their work! The entire Michi team was a pleasure to work with from day 1, and their food was beyond delicious! Scheduling and planning were very easy: Raphael and Mike are both very responsive over email, and they were proactive in reaching out + confirming everything (menu, rentals, etc). The day of, they arrived and made everything happen on time, as planned. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the table charts, but that was resolved quickly without any issue. Michi is a family-run business, and every member of their family came out for the wedding. They cooked the most delicious, authentic food that our predominantly Chinese guests loved. Everything was made on the spot. The raw and cooked fish tasted very fresh, their fried foods weren't greasy at all, and their fried rice is very fragrant. Michi himself (founder and dad) was very kind, and even made us (bride + groom + family) sushi hand rolls while we were busy taking photos during cocktail hour. If you're looking for a caterer for a wedding or special event, look no further. My husband and I were looking for a fun banquet style meal for our wedding and when we saw the sample menus Raphael provided, we were very excited to taste the food. Raphael and Mike personally delivered the tasting menu to our home (during peak pandemic) so that we could get an idea of what we might want our menu to look like and all I can say is "wow!" My family and I loved everything and we knew we were going to have the most unique and delicious wedding reception meal. Food was THE priority for us! There were passed appetizers, stationed appetizers, a sushi bar, a mocktail station with 4 mocktails of our choosing, homemade sourdough bread, the most perfectly cooked tri-tip and salmon, and so much more. Corresponding with Raphael and Mike was so easy. We had the opportunity to get to know them and Michi (founder) during our final in-person tasting and we really appreciated them taking the time to get to know us. Throughout the wedding night, guests were coming up to us and telling us how much they enjoyed the food and how great the staff was at attending to the tables.
