If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. Inside the vape is there... but there is no pod and there are 2 batteries just like all smoke shops, doesn't matter sales are final. So I have a sourin edge with two battery packs, and no pods to fill my juice with. Now buying a disposable one (forgot their name) until I can get some pods for this sourin edge. Even if the pod was in there and it was sealed, I would have only added a star, for the employee was rushing me the whole time. And, now I see why.
