This place is a small restaurant with clean inner decor and outside porch seating. The waiter stand is the first thing seen upon opening the door with about 7 tables on the right. Service was quick and food came out swiftly. Waiters were timely and polite. I ordered a thai ice tea and a classic Thai style chicken fried rice with med spice while my friend ordered some shrimp chow mein. The thai ice tea was pretty bog-standard, nothing inspiring. The rice was great. It had good heat, wasn't too wet, and had ample amounts of chicken. Whilst I did enjoy the fried rice, the flavor were slightly muted in what I imagine a perfect fried rice to be. Either way, it was delicious. My friend's chow mein was a little strange. The flavor was good but it tasted like there was excess starch or something on the noodles creating a strange texture and flavor. Shrimp was good, though not incredibly fresh. The only downside is parking (classic LA strip mall chaos), but that's on the location--not the restaurant. We ordered: Tom Kha Soup (chicken) - Large and served in a traditional fire-lit soup pot. Flavorful, creamy, and the perfect table-sharing dish. Massaman Curry (chicken, medium spice) - My main and absolutely divine. The portion was generous and the balance of spice and richness was perfect. Pad See Ew (chicken, no spice) - My son's go-to, and he cleaned his plate. That's saying something. Prik King (pork, medium spice) - My brother's main and he was VERY happy with it. Spicy, fragrant, and well-balanced. Everything we had was flavorful and well-executed. Prices were totally reasonable given the quality and the area. Service was great -- attentive, prompt, and friendly. Minor trauma alert: The waiter hilariously assumed my son was actually my brother's son...which, yes, means he thought my brother and I were a couple. I don't usually eat Thai food, but my quest for really good Thai Iced Tea with boba brought me here as I drive home. The chicken pad thai is really good as are the veggie egg rolls. Unfortunately the drunken shrimp is a bit too spicy for me (and that was the mild). The Thai Iced Tea was a miss for me though. So my quest is still on. I was so excited for my Crispy Golden Triangles with Marinated Chicken and Cream Cheese. This was first time trying this and to my dismay there was no marinated chicken, only cream cheese! I was so disappointed and they closed by the time I tried to contact them. I ate them anyway as the cream cheese was delicious, but it would have been better with the marinated chicken we paid for. Love going to this casual spot for Thai Food. I usually order the Fried White Fish in red curry sauce-it's one of their specials. This time I got the salmon which comes with 3 sauces typically but I only wanted the red sauce. Not my favorite flavor combination but I still love this place. I frequent visit this restaurant as Thai is one of my favorites. The food has often been hit or mess but the service usually makes up for it. Well not today! My visit was around 3pm, ordered Drunken Noodles with shrimp. It was salty (again). So I tell the server who tells the owner (presumably) who ask what do I want them to do since I ain't half of the meal, "there were seven shrimp". I had eaten two and my husband ate one to verify if the food was indeed salty. The server knows me but the "owner" was rude, offensive and truly an insult to a regular customer. I told her I don't want them to do anything as this will be my last visit. Truly a disappointment. **** update **** Meal comps after the review was posted! The "business owner's" review is false - only 1/6 of the meal had been eaten. I NEVER asked nor expected for the meal I did not eat to be compd, I told her I would pay for the eat but would never come back. Came here for work lunch, of course tried the most generic thai dish you can try good old Pad Thai. Also tried the Pad Seew uh. The Pad Thai although white washed was very good. Most authentic Thai food in the South Bay. It's not like my old haunts in Thai Town or Hollywood Blvd, but it is good, especially for this area. I like that they ask "how spicy?" for each dish and accomodate our requests from farang style to Isaan-spicy so both my wife and I can be happy. We order takeout and the one thing they need to improve on is the condiments. I have yet to receive prik nam pla as requested, only dry chili and nam prik Also, I am not a fan of the prepackaged Siracha, but we have our own at home so no biggie. Food is one of my favorites in the area. Their pad kee mow is flavorful, but not too spicy. Pad Thai is always good. My husband loves their Tom kha Gai. I really enjoy their beef salad as well! One of the best Thai places in the city! This is a very small business - they are quick, efficient and friendly. If you're dining in, be prepared to sit closely with other patrons. Again, it's a SMALL business. They do their best with the space. Our food came out quickly, and they hit the mark on every dish. Personally, I think they offer a much more authentic experience than most in the area. Their mango sticky rice (mango sweet rice) is by far the best in the area. There is limited parking, but we had no trouble when we went (Sunday afternoon). Overall, my favorite Thai place in the area. Great customer service with authentic food. There were customers dining in and the seats are limited inside but there are some more tables in the patio. It is not the most exciting area to eat outside so I think I will stick with takeout with this place. Green papaya salad was good but it may be a bit mild compared to some other Thai restaurants'. Still liked the taste. Green curry was plenty and great. Pineapple fried rice was not as flavorful as I hoped but there were chunks of pineapple and the portion was generous. You can't travel to Thailand due to COVID however you can go to your favorite Thai restaurant to satisfy your cravings. This place is on my wish list for a while now. A truly hidden gem, tucked away in a corner of a very busy street. Nothing too fancy here, family owned and operated. Service was fantastic. The food tasted authentic and flavorful. Tom Kha Chicken soup was delicious and brought back memories. The Beef Salad was crisp, fresh and full of flavor. However, I did find the beef a bit tough, and cut too thick and big and not spicy enough. Will definitely be back for more. read more

All the food has been delicious, flavorful and keeps me coming back. My absolute favorite is the Grilled Pork special with a sauce that goes perfectly with the pork. My family and I to-goed from here for my aunt's birthday, and I think this is one of the best Thai places in the South Bay area (downtown LA is a bit of a different story, but that's for another day). We got a plethora of food including the pad thai, pad see ewe, pineapple fried rice, and the tom yum soup with shrimp. The portions were pretty good... not too large but not small by any means, and the price point for the food was really good. We also got a decent amount of modifications on some of the dishes, and the restaurant got every single one right... which is pretty novel these days. Because we had a larger order, we were told that the food would take around 20 minutes to prepare, but I'm pretty sure it was done faster than that which was also amazing. The food itself was pretty bomb... it was my first time trying tom yum soup and I couldn't shut up about how flavorful the soup was. We got a large, and I ended up eating almost all of it. The pad see ewe was really good as well, but I think it's pretty hard to mess up that dish. The pad thai was also very flavorful, with just enough tang and sweetness. My aunt is pretty picky about her Thai food, and she seemed to thoroughly enjoy all the food. I'll definitely be coming back here again (soon)! Definitely check it out if you can. read more
