I got the Rocket Pizza that is described with arugula on top, and they were nice enough to put it in the little take out bowl so it didn't get soggy or messy during transportation. I kept it off half the pizza for the photo. It tastes great, and I'm excited to try the rest of their pizzas and the menu. The size is perfect to share for two normal hungry people with an app or one super hungry person. 100% will be ordering from Three Fires Pizza again. read more

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years. We have always ordered a bottle of wine with our meal and take home at least 1/3 of the bottle (resealed, and put in the back of the vehicle for transportation). Today, we were told that we were not allowed to take the remainder of the bottle home due to "the law". The manager came to our table and we told him we have done this for years in this restaurant, and others, as it is legal. I attempted to show the Indiana code on my phone, but he said it wasn't from Indiana.gov and told us we were wrong. We informed him we will not return and he said he didn't care if he lost us as customers. The following is so that the manager can educate himself. Wow! Amazing experience at 800 Degrees tonight! This is such an unassuming store front. It looks like it's just part of the strip mall when you pull in. Inside, it is warm, immediately inviting and smells great! You can smell the aroma of the wood fire right when you walk in. Our waitress recommended the bruschetta to start and it was so good! They had a great beer and cider list that has something for everyone. I was very impressed by the pizza options! So many that I would love to try. I got the Vurdure which is essentially the garden vegetable pizza. It was so fresh and just amazing! Everything was great from start to finish. I cannot wait to come back and try more. We stopped for a late Saturday lunch. Overall a good experience. Tasty pizza and good salad. Pizza is what you would expect, thin but with a slightly chewy crust edge. We tried two different pizzas and a salad. Good stuff! Pizzas in $9-$13 range depending on toppings. Beer prices seemed high, especially the 12oz bottles. 800 degree gotta make some coin to pay the strip mall rent, I reckon. They have a good pizza product. I would eat here again. Always a big fan of 800 Degrees! The atmosphere is casual and cozy. The staff is always friendly and prompt. The prices are very reasonable and food always has consistent quality. I really enjoy stopping in over the lunch hour because they have a great lunch special! You get a drink, salad and a personal pizza all for under $10! I have a super tough time finding vegan/vegetarian options when I go out to eat while visiting family in Fort Wayne so the fact that 800 Degrees offers vegan pizza makes my heart happy. They have a few different specialty options available just 1 day a week, but vegan cheese/toppings can be requested any day of the week. The specialty vegan pizzas are ALL outstanding. My entire family went - we each got one and shared them all. From a former (real) ranch addict - the Buffalo 'Ranch' Cauliflower Pizza is my personal fave. 10/10 could live on it. Once a year I visit Indiana, and once a year I visit 800 Degrees Three Fires. If I were on death row, my final meal would be had in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and it would consist of: -The butternut squash salad with arugula, goat cheese, and a brown butter dressing. It is exquisite. It is sweet, peppery, and earthy. -The Pollo BBQ pizza. Neapolitan style pizza, the crust is hand stretch and baked to perfection; a little crispy around the outside, and gooey in the center of the pie. With a BBQ sauce base, red onion, free-range chicken, goat cheese, and chives, it is impossible to have just one slice of. -The chocolate torte, usually served with a seasonal fruit and homemade whipped cream. Try to time out your trip with strawberry season, and you'll have a taste of heaven. Tonight my girlfriend and I wanted to try some pizza and from the recomindation of a friend we went to Three Fires in Ft Wayne! We were blown away by the service and excellent food selection. We were seated in the bar area (I forget the bartenders name and I apologize 11/27 around 4:30-5 when we dined) Our server promptly took our drink orders and had exceptional customer service skills along with outstanding recomindations for food. She recommended the Pane Panzo as an appetizer and it did not disappoint. The fresh garlic oil truly was a treat on it. My girlfriend ordered the gluten free Bianca and I ordered the Salsiccia and neither were a disappointment. The Salsicca had so much rich flavor in the sausage and an excellent crisp from the pizza. Am I crazy? I must be crazy. My brother came in from out of town, so we decided to try a place we've never been. I've heard a lot about it, and expected my mind to be blown. Brought my family to 800 Degrees Three Fires because of its 4.0 rating on Yelp but am leaving a review after my first visit because I doubt I will return. I took suggestions from prior reviews and ordered the Mista salad and 800 Degrees pizza. + Mista salad is the right size (got the half) for one person and was lightly dressed which is how I like it. Good greens, four tomatoes, pine nuts, but a bit skimpy on parm but the shaving that was there was at least fresh. - Ricotta was in 3 places on the pizza. We had a couple 800's in the group and this seemed to be standard. Why? I had to distribute the cheese myself. It should be quarter sized dollops on each slice if not two places on the slice! Even distribution. Presentation counts. We eat with our eyes too! - Sauce was pretty much nonexistent. - Cheese pizzas also at the table. Basic. - We had leftovers of the 800 and it does not reheat well. - Server never offered to refill empty drinks. Came by for essential functions - order, pizza drop off, check drop off. - When I lead with "we intend to order dessert" at the beginning when placing the entree order I would think the server would want to follow up on that later. No olive oil cake for us as we never got asked what she could bring us when dessert time came. - Decor...mehh. We were in the bland square mid dining room area. Everyone who walked in could see us and us them, very exposed and it was not busy at 5:30 so other seating was available. It was very cookie cutter in the setup. - Simplify the name. A similar establishment exists where I live and their pizzas are hard to resist. The 90 seconds they take to cook your mouth water. Its hard to resist them for a 5 minute drive home with carry out boxes. AND their name is authentic in three syllables. How about simplifying to 800 Degrees OR Three Fires? I hoped 800 could break my family from a lifetime carry out chain pizza habit. Unfortunately, the search for quality pizza in a comfortable setting with top notch service in Fort Wayne continues. When I'm in town visiting family, we fairly regularly order pizzas. It's usually something like Pizza Hut due to their preferences, so I was pleasantly surprised when, on my last visit, they suggested this place. Score for local business. We ordered carry out - a few ensalada mistas, and a few pizzas (cheese, quattro formaggio, and carne). When my husband and uncle arrived to pick it up, it came out immediately. Perfect timing! The pizzas were really good! I couldn't tell much of a difference between the cheese and quattro formaggio but both were good, perfectly textured crust too. The salad was delicious! Loved the dressing. Everyone was really happy with their pizzas. I look forward to trying it again the next time we're in town for sure. read more

After driving 20 minutes for a 6 pizza carry out order, half of my rocket pizza was missing--after calling to inquire why, I was told they leave off the arugula for carry out so that it doesn't wilt and there was nothing they could do about it. Maybe he forgot to provide or offer it on the side? It would have been nice to know ahead of time or at pick up that my two ingredient pizza was essentially cut in half but still full price.
