B Antonio's - Meat pizza and Cheese Bread We had carry out from the Lima Road B Antonio's. We frequent this place often for salads and sandwiches. Hiwever, this was the first time we have ever had carry out pizza. Here is our experience: We ordered a 14" hand tossed meat pizza at a price of $18. The cheese bread was $7. I wasn't as concerned with the price as I wanted to try the pizza. These prices are pretty much in line with other take out oriented pizza places. They had our pizza freshly out of the iven in about 15 minutes versus the 20-25 minute quoted time. The meat pizza has a really good taste. For a crust we went with a hand tossed pizza. They do offer thin crust and gluten free. The crust had a slightly sweet & floury taste - like their breadsticks. It was baked to a nice golden brown color and texture. Overall it was fairly soft and moist to taste. The edges has a nice firm crisp them without being crunchy. Nice for dipping! The pizza sauce is thicker and has a more bold tomato taste. It comes off a little bit sweet and no real spice to give it heat. The pizza makers spread the sauce out the edges - which I like. The sauce gave the toppings a bit of moisture and accented the meat toppings nicely. I was impressed with the amount of toppings on this pizza. The meats come with Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon and ground beef. The meats seemed to have at least sizable layers of meat. The sausage gave the pizza a little bit of an Italian flavor. The ham and bacon added a nice slightly salty taste. The ground beef didn't do much igger thsn offer an enhanced meat taste. It wasn't greasy. All that was covered in an appropriate amount if mozzarella. I felt like the pizza toppings gave me good value. The cheese bread was a little different than most. Basically they have rolled out their break stick dough and cut into flatter pieces. The dough has a nice slightly sweet floury taste. There is a decently thick bed of mozzarella on top of a lightly buttery-garlic covering. The mozzarella is a bit higher quality so it was smooth and "cheesy" to pull apart. The melted cheese was dressed with some grated Parmesan cheese. I was disappointed in ghe cup of marinara sauce. Im sure it was the same as what was on the pizza - which i liked. However the cup of marinara was extraordinarily thick. So thick that you couldn't dip the cheese bread into it...nor thd pizza crust. The sauce seemed like the thickness might have been caused by over refrigerating it. Regardless it wasn't enjoyable and didn't add to the good experience. Cold Pizza Test - the next day the leftovers were a little bit tougher to chew but not excessively. It retained a decent amount of moisture in the crust and toppings. The Italian flavor in the meats almost disappeared without the warmer temperatures (I ate this one at room temperature the next morning). The cheese and sauce still had a nice flavor. Overall...it had a decent taste for cold pizza. read more

Nice local pizza place! First and foremost of importance to us are gluten-free options. I had the GF Buffalo Chicken pizza and enjoyed it. I thought the chopped celery on top was fun. I'd rank it 8.5/10 for GF pizzas I've had in Fort Wayne. My husband had the Chicken Club (standard) pizza. 9/10 for Fort Wayne pizzas and much above Johnny Ox, which people seem to way over value in FW. He said the crust was great. Balance of toppings and ranch sauce were spot on. It was easy to order online, and the staff was very nice when we picked up. I do think it was pushing the price point though, so that will keep us from visiting as much as we would like. Give it a try. read more

Wound NOT recommend! The food is MID at best, the expense is through the roof for the poor quality of food that was delivered. I ordered the wings, and they were really bad. They were soft and mushy, like inedible. Their pizza, is also not good at all from my experience. Very disappointed. Also there were missing items from my delivery order despite tipping 17 dollars for the delivery. Overall bad experience and again would not recommend in my opinion. read more

Food is always great, including the best gluten-free pizza in town (IMHO). Service is good, always pleasant. Their rewards program truly does give rewards, too. Nice family-owned business. Refused to franchise read more

Upon entering, we were asked "how many?'' We replied 3 and were seated at a table with 2 menus and 2 sets of utensils. On the way to the table, the carpet looked as though there had been a minor "food fight." Under one of the chairs at our table was an area of dried mud even though it was a dry, sunny day outside and no muddy areas anywhere to be seen. When we placed our order we asked for a "hand-tossed" crust pizza and a Caesar salad to share. When our order arrived the salad seemed "old" and the pizza was only warm and had a thin crust. Upon mentioning our concerns, our waiter volunteered bringing the manager so that we could voice our concerns. He was apologetic and offered compensation for the incorrect order and noted the lack of cleanliness in the area. After leaving, we discussed how this visit brought back vaguely similar memories of a previous visit about 1.5 years before. As a result, it is doubtful that we will return. read more

Placed an online order, and I screwed up my own order. Called them thinking they made a mistake. Nope was all my error. They listened and still made it right for me. The food was phenomenal. Great customer service. Easily my favorite pizza place in Fort Wayne. read more

Got cheese, pepperoni, and super supreme all thin crust. The crust stayed deliciously crispy and chewy, even with all the cheese and toppings! Also, the pepperoni is under the cheese which makes for a more pleasant eating experience. Overall good pizza and I actually like the variety of the slice sizes to let everyone pick how much they want to try! :D read more

Feels like I was back at Chuck E Cheese. Cardboard crust with chunks of tomato hidden throughout topped with cheese. My dog loves crust and refuses to eat this and that's how you know it was bad. Also, felt very powdery as if someone tried cooking the cardboard with flour. read more

There is very little to say good about my experience eating here. There was virtually no one else in the place while I was there and still received lousy service! Had to ask for salt and pepper after my salad was brought. Had to ask for extra napkins. Ice must be rationed here because my ICED tea have hardly any! There was dishes and such still left on tables! One server for some reason thought it would be appropriate to spray caustic cleaning fluid on every clean table around where we were eating the entire time we were there ignoring the mess on the floor the entire time! Pizza was so so nothing great at all. It's like the two untrained and apathetic staff was trying their best to make it so we wouldn't ever come back and they succeeded! May be why they had no other customers while we were there? read more

Pick up order. Pizza was incredible. Traveling so didnt dine in. Will dine in for sure next time.

I ordered a vegan sausage roll to go from the Lima Rd location. My order was ready when I went to pick it up and correct as ordered. It was seriously the best sausage toll that I've ever had in my entire life... Vegan or not! It was so large that I made two meals out of it I got to enjoy it the next day as well. $10 is a fair price for it. I will definitely be getting this again and again. read more

I honestly forgot about this place, tucked away behind McDonald's & Arby's, next to YoYo & Petsmart on Lima Road. I was reminded of them, from a friendly FREE PIZZA for your birthday within so many days, type of email. So glad they sent it because we've rekindled! I walked in to place a carry out order. I had a few questions about the menu & food allergies. Jordan & Brooke jumped right in to help answer all my questions and get my order placed. Seriously though - for walking in - it took 13 mins from ordering until pizza was boxed & in hand to head home (& the restaurant wasn't dead). Super impressed with the service. Now the quality of food was wonderful. I ordered the Chicken Club & it was BOMB. I could taste chicken & ranch in almost every bite - which is hard to come by from pizza restaurants, as they tend to skimp on the food toppings - not here!! I also got an order of breadsticks with cheese as my dipping sauce - so good! Local Tip: if you live north of their restaurant, I was told they deliver to Huntertown. That's awesome as not many pizza places deliver much farther north of Carroll Road. 5 Stars - High Quality, Great Service - Highly recommend! read more

Got a couple sausage rolls and a salad. For the price, the rolls were half the size other places are. Pretty small for the price. Salad had a black big crawling around in it. Had to throw that away. Waste of 50 bucks. read more

Great tasting pizza! I recommend hand tossed crust when you order! Don't get delivery as time between pizza being made and actual delivery to your door is too long and affects quality of pizza. Eat in or carry out is the way to go. read more

Hadn't ordered from here in a while and I am wondering why. We got the pepperoni sensation thin crust and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It was amazing! We also had the breadsticks and cheese dipping sauce which were also good. The delivery guy was friendly and the the pizza came sooner than the estimated time. Once again, a great experience with this pizza place. read more

Great pizza, fast cooking, valuable coupons. Never had a bad pizza there. Friendly staff clean restaurant.

This place was a recommendation from a desk clerk at our hotel. Tired of eating burgers & fries, we needed something else without leaving the room after a day of travel. After reading the reviews, we decided on the breadsticks amd we could have made a meal on those alone woth the cheesesauce. The pizza was better than some of the places back home. Overall good experience. read more

New to area. Decided to try the Pizza from someplace other than "usual places". FANTASTIC!! Got the deluxe. Do not order extra anything! I have never seen so much cheese and the sauce was just right on spices. The cheesy bread was good too! We will make this our go to pizza place! read more

Superb food up at B. Antonio's Pizza. I am digging the sausage rolls, I like the meats stacked high on my sausage roll. Taste old school, real ingredients, made from scratch. High quality ingredients here, second to none in these parts pilgrims! Very well thought out sausage roll recipes , good sausage roll fillings and such. The American and Italian sausage is very good. Cheeses are superb, the side items are superb. Even the sauces are nice like the BBQ, Cheese, stuff like that. Great garlic bread and breadsticks. They make a nice sauce too, the tomato sauces on the Pizza's all the way to the pasta style sauces, these are super People! I can eat here, I don't feel sick like I do after consuming the big pizza chains gut rot food. Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's...Nasty stuff right there. B. Antonio's is good Italian food, it's old school with better ingredients and fewer of them. It's homemade and the way italian was meant to be. Fresh in house ingredients, not this pre packaged MSG and chemical crap these big chains are getting delivered in on a truck pre made, pre made crust, etc etc. Scary stuff...Feel like crap too. Glad B.Antonio's can serve me food fit for a Human. The big chain pizza guys not so much. read more

This should be your standard pizza place. Beats all the chains hands down, great for the family and for take out. Well I've been here several times and I am always impressed. The service is friendly and . Everyone always has a smile and prompted to meet any requests. Nice to see a family business where customer service is a priority. Now to the food, like I said I have been here several times with small groups, large groups and take out; 100% of the time the order was correct, on time and the quality is excellent. We were in Christmas eve day for lunch had a personal pizza, med pizza (veggie) and cauliflower buffalo wings (by the way first time I heard of that was here). The service was spot on and food was as always Great! This is a staple of our "family night out" and when we cant decide it always come to here. read more

This pizzeria has been a regular for us when it comes to having food delivered. However, repeated errors in the last two orders has moved them down drastically on our list of places to patronize. The first order shorted us cinnamon bread and a canoli. We didn't complain because every restaurant can make a mistake. Even though we lost $3 on the order, we were willing to overlook the error. Tonight, we had out of town guests and after describing the canolis. We ordered two pizzas and two orders of two canolis for a total of four. One order of canoli wasn't included in the order and one of the two pizzas had incorrect toppings. When we called the restaurant they told us they were too busy to deal with our problem and would credit our account. No accountability, no proof that the credit was made, and no canolis to share with the group. Even more importantly, no more orders will be placed to B. Antonio's. The food is normally good. The pasta dishes don't raise to the level of Ziano's or Casa but they are decent. Unique pizzas have been enjoyable. Ciabottas are good. Can't attest to the cinnamon bread. The only time I ordered it, the restaurant failed to include it. read more

One of the best pizzas I ever had. And if you sign up for the rewards you can get something free too. Great pizza and toppings!

I was able to order online which is nice. There was a $2 delivery charge. I ordered a 7" Philly cheesesteak and a 7" Tuscan chicken, just to try. They were both great! Nice chewy, bubbly crust. Plenty of toppings, and they were all delicious! Delivery was faster than promised, and friendly. Will definitely order again. read more

Food is amazing. Service was awful. They forgot our wings. My husband went back to get them and the guy at the register told him it was going to be at least ten minutes. My husband replied "I thought you just forgot to give them to me." The register worker replied why are you so put out I'm the one who has to remake them." We will never be back. read more

I can't very fairly judge the pizza because we ordered it in for a meeting, and it sat for 15 minutes or so before we ate it. I'd say considering that, it was very tasty. We had the Tuscany Chicken (yummy and unique combination of flavors) and their specialty pepperoni pizza. Both were flavorful, the pepperoni pie had a ton of cheese. I have to give their service 5 stars - I wanted to order in advance of our meeting so I didn't have to worry about stepping out to order. I placed the order the day prior and told them where and when to show up, and they were right on time. The salads we ordered to share weren't as large as I thought they would be. So if you're ordering salads to share, keep in mind they're slightly smaller than your average entree house salad. read more

B. Antonios has such great tasting pizzas. If you're a thin crust lover, their's is the best around. I'm guessing their other crusts are excellent also but I can only vouch for their thin crust in all sizes. SO good and their ingredients are always fresh and delightful! read more

An okay pizza, but not up to its reputation in the area. Crust is good, the sauce is okay -- but I can't respect a pizza shop that can't get the cheese cooked right. Maybe they'd just warmed up the ovens or something. But really a mediocre melt. In all, not bad, but not all that special either. read more

Loved the pizza. Loved the cheese-stuffed breadsticks (note: just one will fill you!) The hot ham and cheese ciabatta sandwich was very tasty, and even microwaved well the next day. However, the "ciabatta" is a bit misleading--it was more like a Foccacia flatbread and not a proper ciabatta loaf, which makes me wonder if it's store bought and not made from scratch. But i'm being picky here--it was still a great sandwich. Enjoyed both the dinner and the next day's leftovers. Service was prompt and nice. We all had a good time. Definitely going to try it again. read more

Terrible experience and terrible manager on Saturday night Ordered food online was suppose to be ready at 6:06 walked in at 6:07 was told it was being boxed at 6:15 was told it was in the oven at 6:20 finally received my food which was completely wrong Ordered pizza with pesto received tomato sauce Ordered stuffed cheese bread with extra cheese on top which is an extra charge wasn't there Ordered cinnamon bread was over cooked Was told by young lady at register that they (Cooks) should read tickets better, when I pointed out my food was all wrong Called spoke to manager was told they didn't have pesto, so I received tomato. Was told the extra cheese on my bread was probably on the inside which already has cheese in it I explained that it took almost 40 min she said sorry would you like us to remake it, this was good for my kids (little kids 5 and under) who don't like tomato sauce and who can't wait all night for their dinner. It was 640 before I was able to speak to a manager for an order I placed at 5:40. She did admit that I placed my order correctly and that I was waiting in the restaurant for over 20 mins and nobody took the time or effort to come explain why my food was going to be wrong or what substitute I would like instead made the food the way they wanted and charged me extra for it and said sorry That's a great business plan Don't care what your customer orders, take as long as you want and then make the customer feel like it's their fault that they ordered food a certain way And give a what felt like a half sorry because it was really my fault not theirs read more

Worth a try! With so many pizza joints in Fort Wayne this is one you should go to. Great pizza by the slice lunch special with a frequent eater program which rewards you with a free lunch later. And let me tell you the pizza is fantastic! After three visits I can't help but order the slices of pepperoni. I swear next time I will try something new. They have self advertised their breadsticks as the best in town but I was not impressed. They really are just plain breadsticks and I like a little flavor to mine. We stopped in here for dinner this evening and were thrilled with both the food and service! I loved that they have plenty of size options and the servers were prompt and polite. I ordered a calzone and my mom ordered a personal signature pizza, and both were fantastic. They must put an egg wash on the calzone because the crust was nice and crispy. The thin crust pizza we ordered was also nice and crisp all the way through. We also really loved the small town atmosphere; it reminded me of the pizza place I worked in high school. I'd definitely recommend this spot, and we'll be coming back next time we're in town! read more
