Was buying treats for a sick dog I take care of occasionally so wanted something special. I found the perfect place!!! This pet treat specialty store is in broad ripple village on broad ripple avenue. It's mainly for dogs, but there were also some cat treats. The treats in the case are made by the store. I was told if I wanted, it was safe for me to eat. To be quite honest, some of them did look good enough to eat. I bought some ruffles, their spin on a truffle. I also bought a box of mini blueberry muffins. The store clerk was very friendly, and helped me find awesome treats. She said pets are welcome. Perfect place to find those treats to spoil your favorite dog!!!

Writing a review for a dog bakery will never seem normal... but these treats are absolutely mouthwatering, even to me! They decorate new treats all the time that are seasonal and adorably creative. The employees here are helpful and always generous with the treats for visiting pups. I love how each treat has all of the ingredients listed for any allergy concerns. This place has a variety of different treats, chews, toys, and accessories. Personally, a lot of the toys and accessories are a little too pricey, but I appreciate how they are a wonderful small business one-stop shop for my special boy for all of his celebrations!

I don't visit Three Dog on a regular basis because I hate the parking in Broad Ripple. I've always been able to find what I want and service has always been friendly. Today I needed a special cookie for my girls 3rd Birthday. I got a cookie and a bag of treats and some cute plates because they had a corgi on them. She and her terrier bother loved the cookie and the treats. Staff and all customers inside all had on masks.

The best place to come for fun dog treats and special occasions. We brought our dog here for her birthday and they customized a cookie for her. They have an entire bakery cabinet filled with treats that even look appetizing to humans. They usually have themed cookies so we've gotten football cookies for fall too. They have all sorts of toy treats, toys and other accessories for the most spoiled dogs. If you are a frequent customer they have a rewards program. Our favorite dog bakery in Indy!

We visited from Chicago this weekend and went here like 4 times in 3 days! I love how they make their treats in store, and they all look pretty appetizing ha. They have fun dog desserts that resemble human food like plays on whoopie pies, doughnuts and cake. The staff is so friendly and of course they love pups. They gave him free treats and he was so happy! I wish there was something like this in Chicago!

Three Dog Bakery is Pippa and my favorite place for all our go to needs! From food to toys to treats we love it all! We enjoy the variety of treats especially from small to extra large plus all flavors including seasonal. They are perfect for any dog. During these quarantine times they are offering curbside pick up. Call or go to their website to order and call when you are outside to pick it up. They even sent me pictures of the toy wall so I could pick out a special birthday toy for Pippa! They have other pet items as well and a great rewards program. I love that I can get everything I need and support local.

Can't go wrong with three dog bakery. Cute little shop to stop in and spoil your pup. From treats, to toys, to homes to custom little doggie desserts - they do it all. Excellent staffing and support from the bakery to add custom names or crest things you may need for a pup party. Reasonably priced as well & I love the dog themed human clothing as well. For dog lovers - this place is a must!

We love our fur babies!! This is the place we go for their treats every year for their birthday! Our beagle turned 14 this year! She got her own cake. Great snacks for the dogs. Not a lot for the cats though. Only improvement I would ask is more cat treats.

    Patiently waiting for some cookies!

I come here every year for my dogs birthday or just to get her something outside her normal treats! This year my pup turned to and they went above and beyond to write the #10 on her birthday cake cookie! She loved it. Thank you guys so much.

This PetSmart always seems to be well-stocked on food, treats, and supplies. It's fun to browse the toy aisles, even though my dog definitely doesn't need more toys. Occasionally I can't resist when I find something new or unique. The employees are always super friendly, and it is easy to find someone if you have questions or need assistance. The grooming department has convenient hours and excellent groomers. I actually started coming to this location after following our groomer here from her former location.

My dogs are cocker spaniels - known for chronic ear infections. I have her ears treated constantly for this and never had a groomer turn us away before for this, or any other reason. I should note that the reason we tried PetSmart for grooming is because our regular grooming service was experiencing some staffing issues. Well we took our dogs home and I called the manager at PetSmart to complain about this situation. He agreed that an attempt should have been made to groom the cocker spaniel with the matted ears, and that the ear infection on the other dog may have been a judgement call, but he did offer for us to bring our dogs back to have them groomed at a 50% discount. I agreed and we scheduled that for a couple of weeks later. During those two weeks, we trimmed the matted ears on our own (did not take long) and continued treating the ear infection on the other dog. When we returned for our second appointment, the groomer accepted the dogs and said it would take about three to four hours (understandable). I had not even made it home from dropping the dogs off when I got a call that the dogs were ready to go home, and that they only partially groomed them both. They partially shaved one cocker spaniel but didn't finish her face and left three paws untouched. They told us "The one paw is all that she would let us do." She looks incredibly goofy. The other cocker spaniel (which we had previously trimmed the matted ears ourselves) looks even goofier. They said he has matting under his arms that they can't take care of. Took getting him hime I so find some very MINOR matting. It is nothing I can't cut out with a pair of scissors in about two minutes! Maybe had they groomed him the first time, that matting would not have been an issue. Now, keep in mind they only worked on my dogs for a half hour of what should have been a three to four hour session. They said nothing about him being matted in those areas during our first trip. Even so, isn't a groomer supposed to take care of such issues?! They went so far as to say that we need to take him to the vet to have the matting cut out. We have been dog owners all our lives and have NEVER been turned away by ANY groomer in the past for ANY reason! I called our vet and our regular groomer who both agree that this is just laziness on the part of PetsMart's grooming service. I have now scheduled them for grooming services with our regular groomer even though it will be a little while based on staffing issues. I will not name our regular groomer but they are very reputable in this area. They do a great job, and they shared with me that they are not surprised by our experience with PetSmart and that they have heard the same kinds of complaints from several others. Never again will we give this place a penny's worth of business. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else that actually cares about dogs and enjoys grooming them. This is pure laziness and incompetence.

My issue with Happiness is the initial conversion with the manager is she basically stated he's yours now. My puppy is 14 pounds 2 ounces and the average toy is 6-8 pounds. While the name is Happiness is Pets, they offer only puppies. This includes over 50 breeds, though my guess is there were about a dozen different breeds on-hand when I visited here in Indy. Happiness is Pets works with Purdue University's Canine Care Certified program, a certification program for care that goes beyond required national standards. Happiness is Pets notes that they do not use puppy brokers. Their breeders are all USDA approved and many are visited on a monthly basis by the company. All of their breeder's kennels are required to have direct access outdoor runs available to the puppies 24/7. These runs open up to larger social areas around 2500 square feet with their largest one being three acres. They have a strong emphasis on dogs that are socialized with other dogs and with humans. The vast majority of the dogs I saw today were purebred. In terms of accessibility, there's a ramp at the end of the sidewalk for this strip. It's right next to Happiness is Pets. The front door sticks a bit, though I could open it. The shop itself has a very open concept and is easily accessible. The cages weren't particularly great for interacting with the puppies - somewhat disappointing, though these are still puppies and learning. Each container was quite clean and well-kept. If anything, I'd say the shop was a bit sterile. Each puppy was named with a brief description offered of the breed and ideal situations for it. There were 1-2 employees working the floor and one behind the living areas doing a round of feeding. As this is not a shelter or rescue and many of these dogs are purebred, prices were typically for purebred puppies and ranged from a few hundred up to around $4,000. There were a handful that were on sale. I was greeted upon entry and offered help one other time. There's an obvious effort to project professionalism given that all employees wore scrubs. Happiness is Pets offers a 4-year health warranty on puppies along with a willingness to cover any vet care (using in-network providers) if an ailment surfaces within the first 30 days. You can also get a free wellness check-up within you and your puppy's first seven days. I liked an awful lot here, though found the selection leaned toward the family and trendy doodles and similar. I recall seeing a beagle, a French bulldog or two, one miniature dachshund, and maybe something else but I was struck by how many doodles were in the place. The employees were friendly, though as I was watching the employee feeding the puppies I was struck by the lack of interaction. I realize it's a job, but for a business that emphasizes socialization it seemed like feeding time would be a time when that happens. There was one puppy, in particular, who was incredibly excited to see this employee but the employee just quickly put the food in and turned around. I found the interaction weirdly lacking (especially when it was obvious a customer was watching). The containers/cages were definitely nicer than most pet shops and a tad larger than most. They also had some supplies on-hand. I didn't count how many puppies were present, but essentially it was two sides of the shop with rows of two on each side. Again, these are all puppies and not any full-grown dogs. There's I believe four individual areas right in the middle of the store that are ideal for human/puppy encounters. There's an awful lot to like here and an obvious effort to work against pet store stereotypes. However, there's also a lot of sterility here and the lack of interaction with dogs along with employees who don't seem to do so bothered me. All the dogs I saw looked healthy and for the most part were free to be either energetic or relatively chill, however, in a store with "happiness" in the title I suppose I expected a little more happy in the atmosphere. I'll likely return in a bit to get a better feel as they get settled. While I tend to agree with most that shelters and rescues are preferable, for those seeking a purebred this is certainly an option and there's a certain benefit to having a strong warranty. My favorites this time around? The beagle and the miniature dachshund, though a couple of the doodles did seem particularly interested in the wheelchair. It has been awhile since a more traditional pet shop owned up. It'll be interesting to see how the area responds. At the very least, check it out if you're in the Castleton area.

The salesperson left us alone with the dog for nearly 30 minutes before we could get her attention to ask for information about the parents. During that time, the three employees on the floor spent more time walking around talking with each other than following up with customers on the floor. After playing with the dog for another 10-15 minutes, we decided to inquire about price. When we finally got the attention of a second sales associate, she rudely asked if we had ever been there before (what did that matter?) and asked who we had been working with. She told us that that person was "busy with a sale" and would be another five minutes. By this point, we had been in the store for a total of 75 minutes, the puppy had fallen asleep, and we said we could no longer wait. There was no explanation why neither she nor the other sales associates who were not busy could help us. The third associate then came over to take the puppy away, and when I told her, "You just lost a sale" due to the total disregard for us as qualified buyers, her response was a snarky "Have a good day." There were no apologies ... no acknowledgement of the indifferent treatment we received along with the total disrespect for our time. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and I will not return to this Petland location.
