My groomer was Cassie and she was super sweet and kind and kept me apprised of how Fendi was doing throughout the entire visit! The facilities are clean and they did a great job with Fendi! I had an ok experience with canine cloud mine. I made an appointment the week they moved... and no one told me they had moved. Thank god they didn't move far away.. but definitely irritating. My dog doesn't require anything special, just a bath & a shave. I dropped her off at 8am, once we got to the right place. I get a call around 11:30am that Polly is done and if i don't pick her up within an hour I'll be charged extra. While i don't mind the concept.. why wouldn't that be brought up when making the appointment/dropping off the dog/etc.? I was pretty frustrated trying to move work appointments just to pick up my dog. The communication isn't great & i really can't recommend. read more

One of the BEST grooming locations I've found. I love how the pups are able to roam free before and after their pampering sessions. My lil guy, Bentley is not crated at home and this has always been my least favorite part of taking him to get groomed at other locations, knowing he'd be confined to a small crate until it was his turn was the hardest part for me of dropping him off... Canine Cloud Nine has appointments, real appointments, not a mass drop off time. I'm a huge fan of appointments!! Most places have a mass drop off time of 8AM and I wouldn't receive a pick up call for 4-6+ hours later. At Canine Cloud Nine I always know Bentley will be ready 2-3 hours after I drop him off for his appointment. Definitely recommend the Canine Cloud Nine location in Carmel! read more

I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS PLACE. After moving across the street, I decided to utilize this place for its daycare for my dog, Louie, while we were moving in. Since that day, I have brought him in couple of other times for daycare. He absolutely loves it that as soon as we walk outside of the apartment building main door, he bolts to Canine Cloud Nine entrance. After such phenomenal experience with daycare, I actually took him for his first grooming here yesterday as well. I was pretty worried about how Louie will do. Last grooming at a different facility, my boyfriend and I strongly believe he was traumatized! Louie is so defensive whenever we tried to touch his paws or butt after that visit. I told at check in Louie had such experience before and may not be able to get grooming done perfectly. After drop off, all day I was worried about Louie as I know he can be extremely high energy (which CCN already knows from daycare LOL ) When it was time to pick him up, I WAS OVERJOYED. Louie looked so handsome and so clean. And the best part? Staff told me he was so good with grooming!!!! I accidentally wandered into this place one day and was very impressed with their local feel. They have lots of great quality and unique collars, leashes, treats and toys. I got a fox collar for my Shiba Inu which was perfect because he looks just like a fox. The guy working was so patient in answering all my questions about grooming services. Their grooming prices seemed comparable to other pet places. I had been recommended to go here several times by my friends and decided to take my dog. I had had a bad experience at Petsmart grooming so I was paranoid of taking her anywhere else. Maria was sooo nice and welcoming. The entire staff just made you feel at ease! The dogs run freely in the back while they're waiting to get groomed so it's like a mini daycare. I waited a couple months to write this making sure I still felt my experience was as horrible as I remembered. When I picked up my small Cavalier King Charles the staff wasn't quite sure where she was as the groomer put her in with a big black dog because they couldn't stand her barking. They didn't even try to hide this from me as they snickered about it. I'm sorry but these are people who are PAID to work with dogs should be able to handle BARKING!! I kept my cool and paid. My pup came back smelling clean, fresh and had her nails nicely trimmed. Happy with the service. The store is at a very convenient location in Carmel downtown, no issues finding it. You can find street parking outside Canine Cloud Nine or underground parking in Sophia square. I am a huge fan of Canine Cloud Nine. My dog absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed and grinded. He wiggles, flips, slides, dances, jumps...anything he can do to get you to let go of his paw. Canine Cloud Nine is SO patient and gentle and kind to him, and he comes back to me with the best looking mani pedi ever that's smooth and short. They're a blessing and I'm glad I found them. I've been to several groomers in the last four years for my Pom, and both heather and Amber are the only two groomers I've ever felt like they do a great job! I always feel comfortable leaving my baby with them knowing they treat her with love, like she was their own! When I found out Heather and Amber had recently purchase canine cloud nine in Carmel, I decided to come up and get Bleue groomed- so glad I made the trip! She looks so stinkin' cute! I give heather pretty much free reign, except no shaving! That being said she listens to what I want! She also gave her a little blue feather hair extension and Bleue now smells like sugar cookies!! The shop itself is so adorable and there are lots of yummy and healthy treats for the pups as well as cute little poochie accessories! I will be coming back to this shop from now on! It was very nice and quick and they seemed to be open to having walk ins like that all the time which is very nice. After trying several places that were not able to successfully groom my little shih tzu (she's a very nervous dog) I was blown away by this place. From the second I walked in I was greeted with smiles. They took the time to talk with me about what they were going to do, and It really put me as ease. 2 thumbs down! Came for a nail trim and up front mentioned my dog wasn't good w others... they said no problem snd put a couple away...there was a puppy pug running loose in the back which upset him. The receptionist picked up the pug but then stood right in the doorway holding the pup while it growled at my dog on the nail trim table. Not only did that happen at 1 point my dog fell off the table and was getting strangled by the leash and the girl couldn't lift him back up by herself so the 1 holding the pug went in w the pug to help.... After listening to my dog freak out snd watching the aggressive care I asked her to stop. Not once but 3 times before she did. With 2 nails left I asked to let him settle down. She got the last 2 but got his quick too! Still 1 paw shy of completing the job! My dig is a tough one to give nail trims too but this was a ridiculous and awful experience! read more

Took my dogs to the DIY wash and had the groomer cut their nails. They could've cut the nails much more. After we got home, I cut their nails to the correct length. I spent around $150 for services and I did all the washing. I don't believe I got my moneys worth. I expected them to brush their teeth but all they did was rub some toothpaste on the gums. I could do that for free!! They don't have a list of services with prices so idk what I'm paying for each service and I think that should be a given. The DIY dog wash was not very clean. We drove across the country with our two dogs and after 4 days of car rides and hotel stays, they were in need of a serious bath. Canine Cloud Nine was absolutely fantastic. One of my pups has a hard time with nail trims and has always needed a muzzle, but not this time. My dog usually hates going to the groomer, but she loves this place. Whenever I come in, we're always greeted by a big, happy dog sticking his head over the door to the grooming area. It's really great to see the dogs are able to hang out together and without cages while waiting for their families to pick them up. Hands down the worst grooming experience! My dog had mucus oozing from her eyes a few hours after picking her up. I called and spoke with the gal who groomed her, she said my dog has allergies??!! Sorry, but my dogs eyes have NEVER oozed mucus in any way shape or form and my dog has NO allergies! She proceeded to say, "...hair in the eyes is a by-product of grooming." In addition to the unacceptable grooming, the staff, including the owners, were very unprofessional! Couple all of this with Canine Cloud Nine's prices - I am happy to pay top dollar for my dog if it was actually worth it. We took our dog here for a couple groomings which were fine. We scheduled an appt, and the staff called two days prior to the appt day to tell us that our appt was no longer available. The explanation was that another dog with the exact same name as ours was booked at the same time. When asked to check if their system booked another dog with the same name in error, the staff clerk was rude and did not want to investigate whether there was an error on their part. There was no empathy for the customer on their part. We will never take our dog to canine cloud nine ever again. Terrible customer service. read more

We take our two Vizslas here for nail trims and just love knowing they're in good hands! Their owner and employees are all super friendly too. Our pups can be a little temperamental when I've tried trims myself, but they work magic at this salon! They also sell fun dog toys, accessories and treats. It's also a great location for owners too as you can walk around downtown Carmel while you wait (Silver in the City across the way is dog friendly!) ! I've taken my dog here for a year and have been extremely happy with their results. My dog is actually excited to be there and interact with the smaller dogs. I like knowing that he isn't going to be in a cage and can play with the other dogs while he waits. My dog has little dog syndrome and the staff is good about keeping bigger dogs away from him.
