What a wild, fortunate yet sad coincidence. He and his team were extremely compassionate and gently, respectfully supported me thru the entire process both times. Once Kiki had passed, the nurse helped me wrap her up and place her into her carrier. She walked me out to my car and offered me a big hug. Above and Beyond, for sure.

I get that other patients may have had more extreme/urgent issues and Noah's was likely short-staffed, but we spent a total of 6 hours in that exam room. I also feel that we left without a complete understanding of what was specifically ailing my cat because we simply could not wait any longer and my cat was stressed and exhausted (not to mention the $1500 we had already spent on that visit up to that point).
