I have a 12 year old Maltipoo named Treble. Because I can't handle paying 4X more on my dogs hair…read morethan my own, I usually cut hers. I'm not complaining, groomers deserve every penny. I am sure if I walked into a Great Clips, dropped a load on their floor, threatened to bite if I wasn't treated like the prince of Brunei, I would be charged more than $15. When cutting Treble's hair, she stoically sits until she decides she's done then instantaneously becomes a Tasmanian Devil. When I give up and look at the resulting cut, I think to myself " Who cares, she's not a show dog" to make her feel better I tell her "That's how they're wearing it in France". During my last effort at a cut, I snagged a small tangle and a full on prima doggie-donna melt down ensued. At this stage of the cut she looked like she might be undergoing medical treatment. Instead of saying she's Chemo-chic! I took her to Animal Arts in Noblesville. I explained how sweet she is to start but they may want to use a weed eater to finish. When I picked her up she was happy as ever (even after surviving the horrific tortures of nail trimming) and the cutest I have ever seen her! I didn't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it and they were exceptionally nice to work with. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They did a great job!

The booth is always clean and prevents you from getting drenched anytime your dog goes to shake off the water, along with some microfiber towels to use on their faces. The best DIY option out there.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!…read more I have a German shepherd/husky mix 8 YO and has never been in for a professional bath/ grooming. She's done nail trims but that's about it. Since 8 weeks old I've done in home bathing or outside hose bathing. Due to holiday traveling and it being winter she got stinky and was due for a spa day. I decided to come in and ask some general questions since my dog can be... particular. Doesn't do well with other dogs (around me anyways), coin toss on teeth, and isn't used to a high power blow dryer. Jeff was at the front and provided me with so much comfort and patience. There's a strict no "nose to nose" contact between dogs. Groomers do not force a cleaning. There are more than one way to dry (towel, blow dryer, or a crate type situation- takes much longer but isn't as "intense" which circulates the air around your pup to dry them). Knowing I was a walk in, I didn't expect a day of apt. He said there was one in 10 minutes but couldn't do deshedding. After further thought, I'd love deshedding but my primary need was bathe and nail trimming so he squeezed me in. Dropped off around 11:20. She was ready by 12:16 I was comfortable and satisfied enough that I took my pup there and left more anxious than she was! She was hesitant but went back immediately once I left. I was counting down the time (they provided an estimate and will text you once done). At pickup she came out as happy as a clam. Still slightly damp but now that she's dry, wow! What a difference. Very satisfied and plan to come back. They can do a la carte services along with a monthly membership - 3 different tiers. The app they have also provides you with the groomers notes and a score card of varying health items which I loved. Highly satisfied with the service, information, patience, and overall experience.

I've gone several times now and the pups come out with cuts that are typically cute. (Once I had a problem because they basically shaved my dogs which I am actually capable of doing myself and then charged extra for it ... but that particular person no longer works for them and have had no problems since then ) I am happy that they have a hypoallergenic shampoo that smells pretty good. It's easy to get in touch with Bark'n Spray to make an appointment.... and they even call before the appointment to remind me.

Oh. My. Goodness…read more So worth the wait! It took quite some time to get the first appointment but tiny dog is looking super fresh! Donna is a grooming goddess! She listened to exactly what we wanted, was super considerate of tiny dog's diva attitude, and even called in the middle of grooming when she had a question about how I wanted her cut. Toodles just got home and she is the adorablest she has ever been Also, their location is so convenient right in the heart of broad ripple, there is easy parking for drop off and pickup right in front of the building, they have lenient drop off time windows and are super fairly priced. Also, tiny dog is usually angry at us after a trip to the groomer and hides in her room for the rest of the day. However, after her trip to the village dog, she's napping peacefully on the couch.

The one woman who grooms my dog whenever I bring the dog there (about every 6 weeks), has been super helpful and treats my dogs so well. My dog comes home happy, and ready to begin the dirtying process again so I can return her to this groomer. Well worth it for their care, timeliness, and grooming skills.
