I wanted a smaller establishment that would provide SoraBelle with a more intimate experience verses treating her like a random number. I had been on the waitlist for a few weeks before receiving the call that her new groomer Rachel was available. Prior to SoraBelle's appointment we received personalized messages that included reminders and pics for my groomer in prep for SoraBelle's first cut. I did not get to do the initial meet-n-greet with Rachel due to out of state travel but the hubby reassured me the drop off went really good. The feedback was Rachel seemed knowledgeable, attentive and excited to meet SoraBelle; getting on the floor for a proper hello. My feedback on Rachel during the pickup validated everything I was told. Rachel did a phenomenal job! This is the best groom that SoraBelle's received. We are booked out for the remainder of the year!

And after trying a different groomer out that did not inform me of any issues during the appointment, I super appreciated that. If it is your first time here it is good to know it's a house you're pulling into. If I was not informed of this, I think I might have been a little nervous just pulling up, which is why I'm including that in my review. The only suggestion I would have is a possible sign at the end of the driveway just so it's clear where you are.

On my return, I came to pick up my dog and was greeted with a frown and a very unfriendly demeanor (the receptionist did not appreciate the fact that I arrived exactly at opening time, I presume but due to delayed flights, I had just gotten home and hadn't slept for over 24 hours). Then, as I paid, I saw on the screen that I am expected to tip. NOPE. You fed my dog the food I gave you and took her out to potty a few times a day. I have no idea how you treated my dog, I only know I received her back stressed and hoarse, so I am guessing it wasn't stellar or worth a tip. I am NOT tipping for the basic service I am already paying for. I am done with everyone wanting a tip. If the company needs to pay their people better, then that is what they need to do. I won't be back. Get the whole tipping thing off of the payment screen!

How it works: On the day of your appointment you just drop off your dog from 8 AM-9 AM and then they will call you later in the day when it is time for you to come get your furry friend! Fendi has always come out of the groom with energy and looking and smelling FRESH! When grooming the dog, they also include nail trimming and filing. The groomers always do such a good job and I will continue to recommend this place to any of my friends who are looking for a groomer!

We opted for mobile grooming because this was during the pandemic and brick-and-mortar dog grooming places were not open. This groomer was great! She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).
