I'm sad to read the reviews from others who have had bad experiences, but that hasn't been my experience at all. When I bring my pets in, Dr. Flanders and his staff have always greeted me warmly and have taken excellent care of my pets. He talks to me as an equal partner in caring for my pets, gives me all the facts and lets me make the final decision, so I have not experienced the condescension that I read about in another review. When the time came for my beloved companions to be put down, he and the whole staff were sensitive to my grief and gave me all the time I needed afterward to cry and say good-bye to them. That's why I kept bringing my pets to him all these years. Oh, and their new facility is great!

Dr. Flanders did x-rays and testing. He said her symptoms were not making sense, so he actually did research to try and see what was going on. He also called other local vets to see if they had seen anything like this at their practices. He came up with a different possible diagnosis, Coonhound Tick Paralysis, and we began to slowly see progress. When we were unable to bring her in (she's 70 pounds), he would take the time to call us at home to get an update. We were able to send in videos so he could see her progress. She had partial paralysis for a full month. I'm happy to say that she made a full recovery. We surprised the staff with a visit. She walked right in to see everyone. Dr. Flanders never gave up on our girl and showed professionalism and care! Very impressed by him and his staff.

She was prepared. My dog Emma was not. She ran. She hid. She barked. We decided to try calming meds at Lilys suggestion mand scheduled for next day. Meds say take 1/2hr prior to appt. Keeping that schedule, I had to call Lily 15min prior to say we were unable to pill Emma. By messenger later we rescheduled again for the following Monday 4/20 for 11:00. Lily ask that I let her know if we were able to medicate Emma prior. An hour before appt., I messaged Lily and let her know Emma did have calming med. However Lily did not respond. Messaged to both her business and personal contact. Messaged several times. Also ask that if she had decided not to come to please be nice enough to let me know. Still no Lily. If you are a professional owner of a business, you don't ghost your clients. I planned to pass her info on after my appt. i thought sure she was a good match. Ghosting shows immaturity. I know she may have been frustrate. So was I. However I did what she ask with the meds and we were ready and waiting for her. She should've been professional enough to cancel Or don't run a business. That was rude.
