We opted for mobile grooming because this was during the pandemic and brick-and-mortar dog grooming places were not open. This groomer was great! She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).

Usually we get a call from the groomer after we leave asking what we want. Id much rather speak in person, so I appreciated that. Our lil guy was incredibly soft, smells good, and has the BEST haircut we've ever had from any local place. Thank you!

The first time I called I was polite and explained the situation. They confirmed that this would not happen again. The second time this happen I was not nice. When I called, she told me what she thought of me (and it wasn't positive) while in the same breath said she would pay for our property they had thrown away. Honestly they may do great work but if they feel about me in that negative way and I don't really know these people, then my dog will not be groomed there again. Keep in their good graces and you'll be just fine!

I was impressed with all of the staff here on my first visit and the cost seemed to be fair and in line with veterinarians and groomers that we've used in the past (I'm not a vet pricing expert but for meds, shots, exam, heart-worm test and grooming we spent $180, grooming alone is normally $60 because he's a large dog). I would definitely recommend pleasant paws to anyone looking for a vet and I'll update this review after upcoming visits if anything changes!

If it is your first time here it is good to know it's a house you're pulling into. If I was not informed of this, I think I might have been a little nervous just pulling up, which is why I'm including that in my review. I went on a full tour of Kanine Kountry Klub with the owner before we went out of town while I was deciding where my dogs would stay, I love that the dogs get to play with other similarly sized dogs, and because I have one of each size they were separated a lot during playtime but the staff noticed they missed each other and put them back together. They also "bunked" together at night (just my two). She was wonderful enough to answer my daily calls to check on them, and even sent me pictures of them playing. This place truly cares about the dogs and respects them for what they are, members of your family. Now I take my dogs there regularly for baths, prices are affordable and I actually feel comfortable with them.

My dog is not neutered yet based on the recommendations from my vet and his breed (LAB) he is under a year, well he could barely walk his privates we sooooo swollen and blood red, the owner stated she WAS going to take him to the vet but she knew I would be back in a day or 2 so they neglected to have him treated, they threw a cone on his head they claimed. I also noticed he had marks on his head and he was so skinny I could count his ribs, now he is lean but not like that.. I immediatley took him to our Vet and that is where we learned he had been attacked by another dog, these were bites that he had and the infection from lack of treatment was out of control, he had a fever, necrotic skin and was in obvious pain. Of course I reached out to the owner and she was going to look at the video and promised to call me back to let me know what happened, shocking I have yet to hear from her after calling myself and a month later. I will be holding them responsible for the money because they did not follow protocol and have him taken care of, this happened on their watch. Now I know accidents happen, but that being said it was on them to have him treated until I got home, had he been treated the infection would not have been as bad as it was. He now has to be neutered and part of his damaged scrotum removed as well. BAD BUSINESS! Acting as if they had no idea what happened to him, he also was very skittish when he came home and just not himself.. I doubt they even fed him because he looked awful.. Stay away they do not know how to treat animals there and should be closed!
