She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).

I was impressed with all of the staff here on my first visit and the cost seemed to be fair and in line with veterinarians and groomers that we've used in the past (I'm not a vet pricing expert but for meds, shots, exam, heart-worm test and grooming we spent $180, grooming alone is normally $60 because he's a large dog). BEWARE!!! Do not take your dog here!! I dropped my dog off on a Thursday evening and returned on…read morethat following Monday, what I saw when they brought him out left me speechless. My dog is not neutered yet based on the recommendations from my vet and his breed (LAB) he is under a year, well he could barely walk his privates we sooooo swollen and blood red, the owner stated she WAS going to take him to the vet but she knew I would be back in a day or 2 so they neglected to have him treated, they threw a cone on his head they claimed. I also noticed he had marks on his head and he was so skinny I could count his ribs, now he is lean but not like that.. I immediatley took him to our Vet and that is where we learned he had been attacked by another dog, these were bites that he had and the infection from lack of treatment was out of control, he had a fever, necrotic skin and was in obvious pain. Of course I reached out to the owner and she was going to look at the video and promised to call me back to let me know what happened, shocking I have yet to hear from her after calling myself and a month later. I will be holding them responsible for the money because they did not follow protocol and have him taken care of, this happened on their watch. Now I know accidents happen, but that being said it was on them to have him treated until I got home, had he been treated the infection would not have been as bad as it was. He now has to be neutered and part of his damaged scrotum removed as well. BAD BUSINESS! Acting as if they had no idea what happened to him, he also was very skittish when he came home and just not himself.. I doubt they even fed him because he looked awful.. Stay away they do not know how to treat animals there and should be closed!
