Stole over $150.00 from us…read more We went into this store to purchase dog food for our dogs. We purchased $150.00+ in dog food. At the card reader it said "Accepted Thank You". However, the register froze and did not print a receipt. The cashier saw that it said "Accepted Thank you" because we showed him as soon as we realized the register froze The store manager, Natalie Safford, had us wait well over 15 minutes while they tried to find the receipt from another cash register. It wasn't found. Online, our bank showed the transaction "Pending". Natalie asked us if we wanted to run the transaction again. No. No way were we going to pay for it twice. So we purchased 4 cans and left. Natalie said the transaction should fall off from pending on our banking site in a few days. She said if it does go through on our end, to let her know and she will give us the dog food. Its three days later. The transaction went from Pending to Paid on our online banking app. We called Natalie who looked up the receipt again on their end. According to Petsmart they have still not received payment. On our banking end it shows it paid. They will not let us come get our dog food. Oh but Natalie did give me a hand written note on her card giving us 20% off our next purchase. So we called the corporate office in Phoenix Arizona. Customer Care. We spoke to Caitlyn who looked up our account and told us the same thing. Caitlyn said that if it still doesnt show as paid in their treasury department then we can contact our bank because "the payment is on hold". On Hold? It shows as Paid. So I told Caitlyn that I would be posting a negative review on Yelp and every other social media website I can find and if they let us pick up the dog food, we already paid for, then I will remove the negative reviews. Cailyn told me I can do as I please. Imagine that, customer care giving me permission to do as I please. Sounds racist to me but that's my reality

This place helped my dog Lyra who had deep sores on her stomach for two years a vet couldn't do…read moreanything! I came here! they told me what to put her on and within 6 months her stomach was better... They know so much here they look through there food monthly to see if the provided have changed anything. they really have your animals back. my other dog William is about to turn 13 & has had hip problems since he was born. They of course helped with that. My two cats out on real food now and there whole personalities have changed! they are so happy! both 13 years old. Trust this place & be patient doing it the right way does take a little time. just like with humans! Indy & Fishers & Carmel wish they had a place like this. my mom comes all the way from fishers. THIS IS HOW PET STORES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE!

My interest…read morewas initially sparked when I heard an advertisement piece on WLBC (for those that don't know, WLBC is a local radio station). A little background: B (9 pound Toy Poodle) has always seemed to suffer from dry skin and a sensitive tummy. We had him on ScienceDiet for years. Still didn't seem "happy".. he was progressively more lethargic and had coat, tear and joint issues... so, long story short, to Roo's we went! Thankfully, everyone was super receptive and GENUINELY seemed to WANT to help! (Something kind of hard to come by, these days..) The main point I want to get across is that these folks source quality products and they really care about educating people on pet food! (Diet details below) Lastly, I think the products are very reasonably priced! Our cost of feeding him is only around $1.50-$2.50, per day! & yes, he is spoiled! If you have pets, what are you waiting for!? GO!!!! Diet Details: We made the switch to Blackwood and have also been introducing raw in small amounts. We also incorporated pup yogurt and goats milk. We are now on our third, fifteen pound bag of Blackwood Sensitive Skin & Stomach Formula, Salmon & Brown Rice Recipe. I'm pleased to say that I'm thrilled with the results! B's coat grows in MUCH more quickly and it is SO SOFT! His "excessive" licking has decreased quite a bit and he is FULL OF LIFE! He also "goes" more regularly and does not bloat. And his "spring knees" are no where near as bad as they used to be.. Pictured are a few things that we have purchased. I should have taken more!

When asked for a possible replacement part Angie Johnson in customer service replied: "Thank you for contacting MIDWEST regarding a replacement part for the K-9 Kennel. This is not an item that we have as a replacement part. These are manufactured overseas and shipped as a complete unit. We do not inventory individual parts for the kennel. We are sorry we are unable to assist with your request. You might check with a local hardware store to see if they have a part that would work for the unit." Kind regards, ******************************************************************************* After receiving this disappointing email, I suggested that they might want to in the future, pull damaged goods found in their incoming shipments, cannibalize the undamaged parts from the unsellable units, catalog them and sell them to the public as replacement parts for their products and recover some of the loss and also provide a parts stream for product owners. To which Ms. Johnson replied: "Thank you for the suggestion, as that is what we do. However, we do not currently have the part that you are requesting. Again, we apologize that we are unable to assist with your request." Kind regards, **************************************************************************** Wait?? What?? As a consumer, you've got to be asking yourself ; "Do they carry parts or don't they ?" They didn't carry parts for pre-boxed, made overseas products they sell as stated by Ms. Johnson in the first reply, but after I suggested a future solution and possible revenue stream for their company...Mid-West Products all of a sudden does have a salvaged parts inventory, they just don't have the part I'm looking for. It's typical customer service by convenience. Next thing Mid-West Products will say is it's not their product, but they can sell me one of their kennels. Oh by they way, they may or may not have replacement parts available! Bob

I would give this business no stars if allowed…read more I purchased their CoCo Chic machine washable dog bed and washed it as directed. It came out looking like a Picasso sculpture, a mess that in no way could I get it back into shape. I contacted customer service which, was useless. I didn't keep the receipt, I have never returned a dog bed as a dog tearing up a bed or soiling it is not their problem and, I was a radical using cash so I had no credit card statement to prove I purchased it. I also am behind in technology not owning a smartphone or camera to send pictures and, I have no intention of attempting to package this mess and pay to ship it back. I suspect even if, I jumped through all their hoops they would still find a way to wiggle out of assisting me. They said they had no complaints about the bed. I posted on social media about this and, although no one was familiar with this bed others in my dog groups had complaints about their beds and crates. I do not do business with companies who care less about their customers and I urge people to think twice before purchasing this company's products.
