Our pets love Dr. Misty and her staff and we do too! The entire vet office has improved so much over the past few years.

I came here! they told me what to put her on and within 6 months her stomach was better... They know so much here they look through there food monthly to see if the provided have changed anything. they really have your animals back. my other dog William is about to turn 13 & has had hip problems since he was born. They of course helped with that. My two cats out on real food now and there whole personalities have changed! they are so happy! both 13 years old. Trust this place & be patient doing it the right way does take a little time. just like with humans! Indy & Fishers & Carmel wish they had a place like this. my mom comes all the way from fishers. THIS IS HOW PET STORES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE!

"We are what we eat" -- My favorite place to shop for our (not so young anymore) pup! My interest…read morewas initially sparked when I heard an advertisement piece on WLBC (for those that don't know, WLBC is a local radio station). A little background: B (9 pound Toy Poodle) has always seemed to suffer from dry skin and a sensitive tummy. We had him on ScienceDiet for years. Still didn't seem "happy".. he was progressively more lethargic and had coat, tear and joint issues... so, long story short, to Roo's we went! Thankfully, everyone was super receptive and GENUINELY seemed to WANT to help! (Something kind of hard to come by, these days..) The main point I want to get across is that these folks source quality products and they really care about educating people on pet food! (Diet details below) Lastly, I think the products are very reasonably priced! Our cost of feeding him is only around $1.50-$2.50, per day! & yes, he is spoiled! If you have pets, what are you waiting for!? GO!!!! Diet Details: We made the switch to Blackwood and have also been introducing raw in small amounts. We also incorporated pup yogurt and goats milk. We are now on our third, fifteen pound bag of Blackwood Sensitive Skin & Stomach Formula, Salmon & Brown Rice Recipe. I'm pleased to say that I'm thrilled with the results! B's coat grows in MUCH more quickly and it is SO SOFT! His "excessive" licking has decreased quite a bit and he is FULL OF LIFE! He also "goes" more regularly and does not bloat. And his "spring knees" are no where near as bad as they used to be.. Pictured are a few things that we have purchased. I should have taken more!

Dr. Spencer SeabeckWhom It May Concern, I need to speak from…read morethe heart -- not just as a customer, but as someone trying to save a life. What happened to the America we grew up in? The one where compassion meant more than profit, and where helping someone in need wasn't treated like a financial opportunity? I brought my dog, Lucy, to your clinic sick and scared, hoping for care and understanding. What I got instead was a bill for $734 for bloodwork and a few injections, and an estimate of $2,500 more just to keep her on IV fluids. Here's what breaks me: I bought that same IV bag for $43. Even factoring in professional time, supplies, and overhead, it's hard to understand how that turns into thousands of dollars. In the end, the message was simple -- if I couldn't afford it, I could take my dog home and hope for the best. I don't say this with anger, but with sadness. I respect what veterinarians do -- you carry lives in your hands, and I know that takes skill and dedication. But when compassion becomes unaffordable, something in the system is deeply broken. Most people aren't looking for a handout; they just want a fair chance. There has to be a way for clinics to make a living without pricing love out of reach. Because for many of us, our pets are family -- not "just animals." They trust us to fight for them. And we walk out of these offices feeling helpless, ashamed, and defeated when money stands in the way of mercy. Maybe the system can't be fixed overnight, but I hope people start asking why a $43 bag of fluid turns into a $2,500 price tag -- and what that says about who we've become. Respectfully, Scott Breedlove and his sidekick Lucy (No medical degree -- just a man doing everything he can to save his best friend.) In Memory of Lucy I've gone back and forth on whether to post this, but my heart won't let it go. Back in June, my dog Lucy had blood work done. The vet said he saw some things that "looked off." But I never got that call -- no message, no warning, nothing. Now, after losing her, he tells me he "left two voicemails." Funny thing is... my voicemail hasn't worked for over a year. Then he said, "Maybe we emailed you." There's no email either. What that means is this: he knew something was wrong and didn't make sure I knew. And now she's gone. I'm not asking for money. I'm not out for revenge. I just want people -- especially vets -- to remember that what you do, or fail to do, affects real lives. You don't get a second chance to make a phone call that might have saved someone's best friend. Lucy deserved better. And so do the rest of us who trust professionals to care like they say they do. If this story reaches even one vet who double-checks their messages before going home -- maybe Lucy's story will still make a difference. -- Scott Breedlove & Lucy "Loved beyond words. Missed beyond measure." #LucyStrong #CompassionOverProfit #DoBetterHumans #DogsAreFamily #SpeakForTheVoiceless
