I never worry about my pets while I am away - even though some of them are difficult to care for (like my iguana) - because Kelley really knows what she's doing. When Sit-Stay-Play watches my pets, I get home and everything is super clean and organized just like I would have done it. And best of all, my pets are happy and healthy. Before I found Kelley I would get home from a trip to stressed-out pets that would be glued to me the rest of the day. My bird would scream her head off. Now when I get home they just act normal like I never left, because Kelley gives them each individual attention when she visits. Totally worth the money.

I have been taking my animals (2 cats, 2 dogs) to Riverview since about 2014. The staff and the…read moredoctors are very caring. I have boarded both my dogs many, many times and they love it there--nice and clean. The hours are very helpful--open until 7pm! This is not a full on emergency vet (not 24 hour), so there is not always a doctor on staff at night. If you want a fully staffed, 24-hour emergency vet then Northwood Animal Hospital in Anderson is the closest emergency vet to Muncie--they are great too. NO vet is going to take in a sick animal for boarding (I know from first hand). They can't have ANY animal in for boarding without the paperwork about vaccinations, etc. They can't risk getting the other animals sick. I recommend Riverview highly and I trust them.

I'm not big or giving reviews & I'm only doing this one for those who may select a business solely…read morebased on the opinion or experience of a half dozen people. If you've read these reviews it may not sit well because a few people had a less than pleasant experience & I can tell you that the former receptionist was severely lacking in her social skills & she seemed to be the problem with most of the haters.Key word here is former because she's long gone now. The new receptionist is very pleasant & as far as the Veterinarians themselves, they have always been great. Dr. Misty is who drew me to Riverview & as long as she's there, we will be too. This is spring 2022 & those one star reviews are from years ago. 2016 was one I remember seeing. Anyway if you were looking for a good review before you decide to try them out then here is another one. It seems to me that it's much more common for those few that had a bad experience at a business to take the time to write a bad review but the hundreds that have great experiences often don't take the time to give credit where credit is due. Maybe they had a bad experience, but in my opinion it's much more likely those people are just "Karen's" that you couldn't please if you tried. Those tend to be the ones who want everyone to see their side only & most of them don't even realize what a bitchy prude they are. so that's something to keep in mind when you see someone give negative feedback. I'm sure some are legit but personally I know that I'm much more likely to leave a review if I have a bad experience somewhere but when things are great I'm a whole lot less likely to give them the good review they deserve. Just being honest here. Yelp is like a bias social credit score system that favors the 90% of the butt holes who tell you everything is bad with this place or that. I've never chosen or not chosen any establishment based on the opinion of someone I don't know from Adam. I Would encourage everyone else to do the same. I'm sure you know someone who's opinion you would value over Joe Schmo from Puerto Rico telling you "no, no". Remember "Karen's" are everywhere these days & if they aren't causing drama in one place they will certainly find another place to do so. I'd say your willingness to trust yelp is about par with putting trust into our corrupt media, and just like the media, they got no love for you or me so don't let them convince you otherwise. If we try really hard we can make common sense common again before it all goes up in smoke.

My babies are (2) Golden Retrievers (110 pound Ella and 135 pound Archie) and a 100 pound German Shepherd (Sadie). Archie and Ella have been well-socialized in their 4 years, but tomorrow is Sadie's 9th birthday and she is very skittish around people and very nervous. So much so, that I took a muzzle just in case. Sadie is the sweetest dog ever, but not being around people often had us nervous. When I got to Clip-N-Clean, Sadie was very nervous and shaking. She wasn't sure what was happening. But Ashley, Steph and Gabby were sooooooo patient and caring with her, she ended up having a great SPA DAY and was sooooooo happy when I picked her up. She has three hot spots and they were so gentle with her, and cleaned up the hot spots so they could better heal. Archie and Ella are used to Spa Dayz so they were no trouble at all, but Gabby said, as soon as I left, they took the muzzle off Sadie and she did great! Ashley, your team is amazing and thank you SO much for making today so great for Sadie... as well as archie and Ella. Just to see sweet Sadie's smile I can see how great she feels after her spa day with you and your team. And, never, never NEVER take your dogs to a place like Petsmart, ALWAYS use local providers like Clip-N-Clean, you won't regret it I promise. When it came time to make arrangements, my Amazing Animal Caregiver Team at Community Pet Health Care in Zionsville recommended Loyal and True Pet Cremation Services and I could not be more appreciative and thankful for that recommendation. From the very beginning, their genuine compassion was apparent. Located in Anderson, they sent the kindest, most respectful individual to gently handle Sophie's remains and take her on her journey for cremation. When the time came, they went above and beyond by bringing her back to my veterinary team in Zionsville, sparing me from making the drive from Indianapolis to Anderson. Much to my surprise, Sophie was returned in a beautifully carved wooden box, accompanied by a clay paw print keepsake, a Passing Certificate, the Rainbow Bridge Story, and even thoughtful guidance on how to navigate the grieving process. (The painting you see is my way to process my grief and my way to honor Ms. Soph). I was super appreciative of their follow-up call to check in and to genuinely see how I was doing. While I hope I won't need their services again any time soon, I know with absolute certainty that when the time comes, Loyal and True will be my first call! Thank you Loyal and True!!!!

They returned the cremains in a timely manner (~ 10 days) and included a paw print, as well as a nice folder with a poem about the Rainbow Bridge (which still makes me cry a little), a certificate of passing and a sheet to document a tribute to my pet's life. They also include some tips on how to grieve the loss of your pet. The box which contained my baby's cremains appears to be solid wood with a pretty carved floral design on the top. You'll also receive a gold engraved name plate to affix to the box, if you choose to do so. The ashes are contained in a velvet pouch inside, and includes an identifying marker.
