I was quite distraught to learn at another place in Muncie the dogs only get 15-30 minutes of outside time A DAY by themselves and are mostly unsupervised. At Happy Dogs my pups are outside for 3-7 hours a day when the sun is shining, or in the indoor playroom when it isn't.

The groomers are located in the back of the pet Store. The service was impeccable from the moment we stepped in until the time we grabbed our fur baby.
