My honey lavender latte, however, was not it. I always get oat milk and this one tasted as if it had dairy milk in it. Also, it had a VERY strange and strong taste of rosemary... which was not mentioned nor was it tasty. It was hard to drink. My partner's chai latte was "too milky", his words. This is just a personal preference, but I much prefer traditional fried eggs to the spongy, egg patty that was used on my sandwich. This was especially disappointing because fresh eggs are everywhere in this region. If not for the egg issue, this sandwich would have been perfect. Not too heavy, incredibly savory, and hit the spot without going overboard. My coffee was just OK. Nothing crazy, a little too much of synthetic sweetness in the syrup. And they asked if I wanted it in a mug or to-go cup: I said mug, as you can see this is not what they provided me. A little disappointed by that as well. They sell cookies and other pastries at the front. It's a "help yourself" and you scan a QR code to pay. So! Ok, I do love the new technology where you can eat out and scan a QR code and pay that way. Or using a QR code for so many other things. I don't however like this set up. I think it's really weird. Cash is also an option here. I wanted to originally pay cash. I got 2 cookies and a brownie. Says "ring bell if you need change" I press the little button 3x and I can see people in the back. Not one person came out after I hit the button. That's booooo! It's like, why have it if you're going to ignore it?! Just close the doors to the public and have it strictly as an online business. If someone asked, I'd be like "there's a bakery in downtown Geneva, buuuut..." and then shrug my shoulders and give that crooked mouth look like... meh Now, maybe their cakes and whatever else they make are bomb af. She has a soy allergy so the side she ordered wasn't an option for her once the kitchen checked so they graciously offered her the side of potato wedges as they were free of soy. She quickly prioritized those over the other half of her sandwich when they came out fresh, piping hot, and loaded with some delicious garlic parm seasoning. She raved about that! Ha. Decor inside is all centered around Women's Liberation and the Women's Movement which, love! Great location and has two of the statues featured in Seneca right across the street.
