The thread did break off a couple of times and she used a new one. They cleaned out most of my face and blackheads up but there was still some blackheads or hair on my temples. I had to puff my cheeks and hold onto my eyelids close for them to get in the hard areas. I just have a lot of blackheads so it's pretty tough to get rid of them. I went in with the goal of getting an eyebrow lamination with no prior research. I asked soooo many questions and was met with honest suggestions, you could tell they aren't money hungry and care about their clients. They started with threading where she asked me how I typically like the shape to look (I'm never asked that, so I was shocked). Then, she made them thinner so the lamination would look natural. I have a sparse tail, so she advised me to get them tinted as well, but I chickened out lol (I'll get it tinted next time) Eventually, I decided I also wanted a lash lift just to try it out. She (I wish I remember her name) took me to the back room and explained every step she was doing with my lashes. The room was relaxing enough to the point where I fell asleep. The lash lift took an hour, then she began laminating my brows . After the treatment, she gave me the do's and don'ts for maintenance.
