She spoke to me in a hostile tone when I held my eyebrows wrong. Then I tried to make polite conversation and she was very rude saying it's racist to ask where she's from (okay?). Finally at the end, I had to pay and she said it was $7 although no where posted do they say it's $7. It's only $2 more but they should really be transparent about their prices. Apparently it's $5 for clean up and $7 for a new threading. It's not breaking the bank but I pointed that out to her and she said "since it's killing toy so much, ok to pay $5". I don't think she needed to speak to me this way or be mean. It was really unnecessary. Sure it a good price but you really need to know how to speak to people. What a nasty interaction. However the issue today was me getting pushed behind all of these customers who came in the shop AFTER me. Me being the only African American in there. Not saying it's a race thing, but let your brain paint whatever picture it needs. She then calls another person and I give a look of unsatisfactory and she says "you'll be next." Obviously I'm upset waiting there for 45 minutes already, and on my lunch break. I had to leave not only to get back to work but to keep myself from crashing out. I just think it's disrespectful to treat any guest this way but especially one who comes in every month for the last 3 years. Clearly they don't take customer service seriously because they did not try to address my concerns yesterday and write defense statements in return. No manners were provided since the beginning of the service as I stated I wanted the eyebrows cleaned up. Not any smaller. Their responses are defense stating I have no eyebrows. It's extremely aggressive to insult a PAYING customer. There's an eyebrow salon on every corner of Bergen line and plenty of more professional, quick courteous and polite options to choose from or return to.
