This was my first time getting any type of PMU and it's really one of those things where you just had to trust the process. My brows faded pretty badly after my first appointment, and when I did my touch up, I thought the pigment wouldn't stay again but I was wrong and the pigments slowly reappeared after around a month! I waited 4 months to get this appointment (I can only make it to the 5pm appointments because of work and hence the longer wait time) and it was absolutely worth it! She has really strict rules with the aftercare (can't wash hair for a week and can't let steam or water get onto the face) but your brows will turn out great as long as you follow them! Hopefully they will last long! Will definitely come back for my future touch ups!

The place is clean and comfortable--which is perfect because the amount of time needed to get that perfect brow, you'll want a comfy place to sink into since you be here for at least an hour. From the early times of plotting my brow design to the different hues of my refresher, she is as detail oriented regardless of what stage you are at with your eyebrows. Her recommendations match your skin texture and your undertones. I wanted something that was dark, but now "wow you have new eyebrows" and not something that can fade into blue or purple over the years. So we started off light and the next time around we went a shade darker. I think best of all, she went over aftercare and how to maintain the shape of my brows -- I am no longer plucking or waxing my brows and now use a shaver and I'm never looking back.

Also, she is such a kind and funny person. I love talking to her when I'm allowed to open my mouth between tattooing. She makes you feel really comfortable and her office is beautiful, calm, clean, and just a really nice space to be in. She is strict and very detail oriented and honestly a little no nonsense but it is for a reason. She does not cut corners and her work is so precise. The results speak for themselves. She really does perform miracles. What I respect most is that she holds her clients accountable too. PMU is an investment and she makes it clear that it is our responsibility to take care of that investment by following her protocol. If you listen to her you will get the best possible results. If you don't and you do things like smoke, peel off your skin, etc, it will show and that's 100% on you. So protect your investment! There is a reason I will not trust anyone else. Her work is elite and she was one of the first PMU artists to touch melanated skin which is everythingggg. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Walks you through every step and answers all questions. I completely trust her suggestions as far as color choices for me. I have no regrets at all. The healing process was exactly as she mentioned and told me about. Had amazing results when color finally settles in. I was grateful that I had this procedure done during CoVId masking wearing. Didn't have to show my healing from day to day.

Even though I do have a good amount of brow hair, it's too light, so I would always color in my brows. I can never seem to make my brows look natural... it would be so obvious that I drew them and because of my heavy hand, they would look like sharpie brows! I finally built up the courage to get my eyebrows microbladed. I looked at so many other places, but was worried that I would get too much of a "western" look. I was looking for something more natural and more "Korean" so that my brows would shape my face more naturally. I found this place while literally searching "Korean microblading" and I'm so glad I did! Minji was such a pleasure to text before making my appointment. I was running late to my first appointment (blame the MTA!) and I was so worried because I had an evening appointment and I didn't want to hold up her schedule/night, but she was so reassuring and helped me catch my breath. She was even more fantastic in person! I have a LOT of fears - pain, shape, etc. Minji calmed me down a lot and talked me through the entire process. She even used her own eyebrows to help me visualize and ultimately achieve what I really wanted (I was having a hard time putting my wants in words!). The whole thing really feels like a slight scratch on your face. No pain whatsoever. I honestly think the most "painful" part of this experience was plucking some of my stray hairs. I'm telling you, I freak out at pain, but this was nothing at all. After the "procedure", I freaked out at how dark my eyebrows were (the darkness is completely normal) and Minji helped calm me down (again, I have a LOT of fears haha). But the shape - the shape was perfect!! Exactly what I wanted. I was too scared to hold the handheld mirror that Minji provides, but after I saw what she did, I couldn't let go! I started to really enjoy the whole process and she encouraged me to let her know any changes I wanted. The healing process was surprisingly not so bad. My coworker showed me pictures of her healing process when she had her eyebrows microbladed somewhere else, and I almost cried. The pictures showed her eyebrows getting super flaky and then turning white/no eyebrows. BUT - I didn't have that "ugly phase". My brows flaked off almost all at once, but some of the color had already retained, so I never looked like I didn't have any eyebrows. The "dark phase" only lasted about 5 days for me. My next appointment is finally coming up this Friday!! My left eyebrow is almost perfect, but my right eyebrow definitely needs some extra color. I have extremely oily skin, which Minji and I had talked about. More online research showed that oily skin will definitely affect the microblading process (color doesn't retain as well), but with what I have now, I know that I put my face and brows in the right hands. I've been raving about Minji to my coworkers who are marveling at how fast and nice my healing process was. Everyone can already see the shape and have noticed how my eyebrows have a nice color (so I look human now!!!!). Definitely pay a visit to Minji - she will take care of you and your brows.

I ended up doing it after she did a test shading of my eyebrows, and am very glad I tried it! Highly recommended!

The key is to trust the process and follow Renee's pre-care and aftercare instructions. They're there for a reason, and the results are well worth it. I loved the results and they lasted me quite awhile without a touch up. I went to her again recently and she still remembered what we talked about more than three years before! Annie is incredibly skilled at what she does and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Her shop is small but cozy. This time around, I especially appreciated the foot rest which helps keep you comfortable during the entire session. The microblading takes about an hour. First, you undergo two rounds of numbing, one for twenty minutes and one for ten minutes. Annie then stencils your eyebrows and lets you take a look to confirm they are the shape and style you want. The actual tattooing is a bit uncomfortable and you can feel the small etchings on your face but definitely not painful. If you're like me and don't have the skill or patience to create your perfect brow every day, microblading is completely worth it.

Annie did a fantastic job on my sister's eyebrows so I was comfortable- but still a little anxious. I needn't have been, she went over everything in detail, did a stencil of the shape, reviewed colors and then did the most beautiful, natural job ever. I've had many people remark that they're the best they've ever seen, including aestheticians and medi-spa practitioners who've seen ALOT of microblading. I was so thrilled I had her refresh my permanent eyeliner, which I'd done 20 years before and was looking a bit sad - I had been afraid to get it touched up since the tattoo artist who originally did it retired. Not only did Annie refresh it, she made it much, much better! Annie is a true artist and an all-around joy to deal with; I'm so grateful for her and her beautiful work!

Back in February 2021 I took their microblading & shading course. I am a woman of business and I only put my money where I know I will have a return. Ever since taking their courses I have mastered the skills and I have been making my return through my income. Daly, Eli, and the entire Arch Angels staff has been so helpful through every step of my journey. If I have questions before I take on a client, arch angels is there at every moment! They offer apprenticeships where I can go in and watch their clients and/or bring my own for them to watch me. This place is not a place where they teach, take your money, and send you your way. This place actually cares to know that you learned something from them & helps you in making your money from those skills. Master Daly has not only just taught my simple skills, she has invested her time in me. She has made me her student in real life and guided me, mentored me and has held my hand in every step of my learning process. If I call her, she answers at any time of day. If she doesn't, her team is available 24/7. If I need something, a material or supply, they have it available for me right away. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. If you are thinking about taking a course here or getting a service done... this is the place !!!! Daly and her team are so experienced, so knowledgeable, so welcoming & worth your money. I believe Daly has many many many certifications that she has gained over the years. Daly basically gave me her lifetime's worth of education and knowledge in such a little time period. One thing Daly did for me that I will forever be grateful for is: She let me see how she runs her business. Yes she taught me all these skills through these courses. But skills don't run a business.... Daly has let me see the behind the scenes and she has let me see how she handles her daily operations. She's taught me business skills literally for FREE. She did not have to go out of her way to reach me or tell me things about her personal business.... I can vouch that Master Daly CARES! This place is not just a business, this is a place where you are actually cared about. Daly, Eli, Marilyn, and the entire Arch Angels team are really ANGELS. Thank you for a lifetime's worth of skills.
